He was polite and also didn't find any issues, and that the issue I had was not worth service and that I could do it by myself. He gave me tips on how to deal with the issue and said that if there were any other issues to contact him. I would definitely look to Supreme Restoration as they don't try to up sell and is very personable.

They got to work immediately, tore up what they needed to tear up, got the fans blowing, etc. They were very thorough. It was the next part where they really shined. I hate having to general contract out repairs. People today don't show up on time, finish on time, have no sense of urgency and do sub-par work. Supreme GC'd the whole repair from start to finish and did an excellent job. What I really appreciated was their attention to detail (rare today), excellent communications during the process (even rarer) and EVERY single worker that I met wasn't just polite, they were downright pleasant.
