I came 30 minutes earlier with my family, we all had appointments for 7:50 PM, and they were able to take us. The receptionist is very nice. They have about 8 counters who will conduct interviews. CBP might have a bad reputation but everyone's just doing their job. Everyone including the agents are nice. Everything was done in less than 10 minutes. Incredibly efficient! I would recommend coming here if able to. Worst thing is the traffic getting out here but if you can time it to avoid traffic, do it!

I believe this location releases appointments on a weekly basis so I recommend checking daily. I checked on a Wednesday and saw weekend slots open up. There is free visitor parking in the lot.
