I went here to get my passport renewed and they took probably the worst quality photo I have ever seen on a passport in human history. (They used an iphone to take it, and zero lighting). It is so dark and it has such horrible color that I am actually surprised that it even works. Every time I travel with it, the TSA person looks at it for about 5 minutes before reluctantly letting me through. read more

Unbelievable service. My hats off to Dasha and Janelle for how incredibly nice they are on top of being crazy efficient. They have been able to pull off what no other agency could to get my passport renewed in a record time (even with Covid-related delays). Dash entertainment solutions saved us!! Our daughter is going on a teen tour to Israel this summer and we were notified six weeks before the trip that Israel is requiring anyone entering the country that their passport must be valid for 6 months from the date they leave Israel. Our daughter's passport would have expired 5 months after leaving Israel. We started scrambling to see if we could quickly get a new passport and were recommended to Dash.
