I was very skeptical of going to a dealership who doesn't sell new vehicles especially with some of the poor reviews I read; however, Bulter's Automotive has changed my mind for the moment. Respectfully, everyone's experience is different. I originally went there to just look at one particular vehicle, and it wasn't what I was looking for. While I was there another vehicle peaked my interest. So, I inquired inside for information on it. The young lady I spoke to did not make up answers to satisfy me. She was up front. "I don't know, but let me find out." I respected her answer, because if you don't know, you don't know. In the end, Eric worked with me and my budget, and with the help of the owner I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted. Know that there were a few scanned issues (O2 sensor and tire module) that were told to me before I purchased the vehicle. I expected a few. It had 154k miles on it. It is not new, but has a lot of life left in it. Longer life is increased if it is regularly maintained. The Carfax report showed it it was maintained regularly. They told me the issues would be fixed; however, I took responsibility to fix it myself. My experience was positive, and when I get another vehicle in the future I will check them out 1st. read more
