This is the worst car dealership I have ever done business with. I had a vehicle with them for…read morealmost 2 years. In that time: 1. They repossessed my car on "accident", that's right! I received an email saying my payment had been refunded. I called to ask about it and the receptionist told me they had not received my payment. Everything was straightened out after I showed them my receipt from the day I paid, along with the email that showed them refunding my payment (over a week after I had paid it) they said they didn't know what had happened, but they would WAIVE the repo fee. Ummm, pretty sure they should have been delivering me my car with the tank full of gas they used to drive it. 2. I made a payment online. A few hours later I checked my bank account and see that they double charged me. I called to ask about it, the woman who normally does online payments was not there. She had left for the weekend. So I had to wait 5 days before MY $275 was refunded to me. And the woman who normally does the online payments is the owners daughter. 3. They repossessed my car AGAIN. Not because I was behind on payments, because there was a lapse in my insurance coverage. Which again, there was NOT. I had switched insurance carriers, and at the time the switch occurred, I was getting medical treatment and physically unable to use a phone... So I called them the day I was released from the hospital because I had messages to call them. When I call they say they have repossessed my car AGAIN! This time while my fiancé was at work with it. I told them my situation, and asked if the repo fee would be waived if I showed proof of the insurance. They refused. I called my fiancé bawling my eyes out, so of course he called them and made a scene. Yes, that was stupid, I know. But he was worried about me. The owner himself decides to call ME back and not only call me an asshole, but refused to waive the repo fee, and also refused to fax or email me the page of the contract that states that they will repossess my car without proof of insurance. This was my first experience at a buy here pay here lot. And it will likely be my last. As for Willis Auto Sales, I'm going car shopping today. And I'm hoping to drive my new, beautiful, car that I will not purchase from the rudest, most injust people that I have ever met, right back to Willis Auto Sales and retrieve my property from my vehicle, that I technically still own for another 15 days until the next payment was due!

Because of these issues, I was left without reliable transportation and had to pay for a rental vehicle out of my own pocket. I also had to pay a Nissan dealership to inspect and diagnose the problems, only to learn the extent of the repairs needed. Despite all of the expenses and inconvenience this has caused, Romaine Auto Park has not taken responsibility or offered a meaningful solution. I am now out thousands of dollars between the purchase, rental costs, and inspection fees, and I'm still in the position of needing to buy another vehicle. I believe Romaine Auto Park should step up and help cover some of these costs instead of leaving a customer to deal with the financial burden alone. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
