The first sale rep I was working with ghosted me and stopped responding to my texts when I was attempting to set up a test drive. The second rep did set up a test drive, but would not give me a price on the car that I wanted to buy until I put a down payment down. I have never heard of such a thing. How can you determine that you are ready to buy a car if you don't know the price? I requested an email with the price and I never heard back from Wes or anyone at the dealership after requesting. Subsequently I reached out to a dealership out of town and purchased a new 4 series BMW without ever speaking to anyone at the dealership until the day I picked it up. All communication was via email. I sent a build via the BMW website and they found the exact vehicle I wanted that was in the process of being built. They sent me a detailed breakdown of the pricing with all fees once we agreed on a final price (well below msrp). After that, I submitted a down payment from my bank and picked up the car when it arrived from Germany. This is how easy it should be to purchase a vehicle. If you are looking for a new BMW I would highly recommend you contact an out of town dealership.

First, Joe recommended only the most critical repairs and gave me a tentative timeline of when other repairs may be needed. I'd be driving across the country and he made sure I was traveling in a safe vehicle. When I arrived out west in the scorching heat, my engine light went on. I took it to the local Scottsdale dealer on Camelback and they gave me a long list of critical repairs over $3500! They made it sound like my car would drop out from under me if I didn't have the repairs done. I called Joe. He disagreed with the assessment and spoke directly with the Scottsdale dealer. He is amazing. I took the car to a very reputable repair shop that my cousin has worked with for years, IMM Auto in Tempe. Cost for the actual critical repairs, plus a repair that would be needed by next summer, under $1000. My 4Runner is running great! I wish there was a Kenny Kent in every city that I could go to. I trust not only Joe Fredrich, but also the Kenny Kent dealership.

An Out-of-State Purchase Done Perfectly -- Ask for Matt and Luke…read more Buying a used car sight-unseen from across the country is one of those things that sounds like a great way to get burned. The horror stories are real -- cars that look nothing like the photos, hidden mechanical issues glossed over in the listing, bait-and-switch pricing when you show up, and last-minute fees magically appearing at the signing table. I knew all of this going in. I did it anyway, and I'm genuinely glad I did. I found a used car at Hyundai of Evansville and worked with Matt and Luke from start to finish. From the very first conversation, these guys were different. No pressure, no games, no manufactured urgency. We negotiated the price honestly and efficiently over the phone -- they were straightforward, reasonable, and never made me feel like I was being managed. All the paperwork was handled ahead of time so there were no surprises waiting for me when I arrived. I flew in specifically to pick up the car. Matt and Luke walked me through the vehicle thoroughly, answered every question, and had me on the road in about 10 minutes. Everything was exactly as represented -- not a single thing had been hidden, minimized, or oversold. The whole experience was cleaner and easier than buying a car locally has ever been for me. If you're hesitant about buying long-distance, let this review be your sign. Hyundai of Evansville -- and specifically Matt and Luke -- are the real deal. They earned my trust before I ever stepped off the plane, and they delivered on every bit of it. I'd do it again without hesitation.

This is the second battery that has been in a car that is not even a year old clearly there is something else wrong with it. I cannot get them to do anything because I bought it from Carvana and not from them. The manager told me this. This is the 3rd time my battery died.

Jeremy White, sold my husband a 2002 Chevy Silverado for $9k (paid cash). This truck was a lemon!. The truck was barely used by my husband during his one week in Indiana. The truck was driven to Austin, Texas four months later. We had no need to for the truck and decided to sell it. We had to sell it for less than half because the bottom had extensive rust along with other issues my husband was lied about. My husband wanted to give Jeremy White the opportunity to do the right thing and buy it back even if it was for less, but Jeremy ignored my husband messages. When I got a hold of him and expressed how disappointed I was with the truck he was extremely rude to me on the phone and called my husband after to complaint. Jeremy claimed that Neuhoff does not use Kbb to price their vehicles yet, you go to the dealership website and it is advertised. When you sell a lemon to a client and don't even have the decency to return phone calls and man up to your crap, you need to be expose. Such a rip off!

The salesperson attempted to activate it before we left the dealership and could not get it to work. We were told to contact OnStar support once we got home, which we did multiple times without resolution. We even drove the vehicle back to the dealership on a Saturday (an hour and a half away) to try to resolve the issue, but nothing was fixed. That same night after returning home, the vehicle battery died and had to be jump started. On March 2 the vehicle was taken to another dealership for service and it has now been out of our possession for weeks with no diagnosis or timeline for repair. We have also been completely without transportation during this time. We currently have an open case with GM Customer Assistance and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We are simply hoping dealership management or Chevrolet corporate can help get this situation resolved as quickly as possible.
