He tore up driveway, sidewalk and apron. His guy hit the water line. After that delay after delay. He miscalculated and then asked for thousands to finish the job. I says no he left the driveway tore up for 3wks. Had to hire attorney, get city involved, and job was completed by new contractor. DO NOT USE this guy he makes mistakes and want you to pay to fix them.

I asked if he could call me so I learn what is needed. some days pass by and no call till finally I received a call from Ron who made things too much worse by saying on the phone "I called you but you did not pick up", which was very unprofessional and childish since people leave voice messages. I am not a guy who has full mailbox or a vm that is not setup yet; and it was very low because he lied as he never called me....well, unless he called from a spam number. The quality of this company's work seems to be good from what I see in town, so my review here is about professionalism in communication (or lack thereof) and the honesty of words.

It took a few schedule misses before a team could come out to try again. The team that came out today was exceptional. Paul P was the crew leader with Steven M, Robert S, and Laywandre J. Paul agreed to try and lift the chimney this time to correct the problem. He was able to lift the chimney by three inches. I think that this team did a much better job than the one from a year ago. They also cleaned up the yard where they dug so you can't even tell they were here. Great job this time!

Johnathan poured concrete specifically on a day of the week we had agreed he should not pour on due to a bad weather forecast. The subsequent deluge that started before they were even done pouring the patio absolutely ruined it. He tried to fix it with a top layer, saying he would rip it out and redo it if we were not satisfied. We were certainly not satisfied, and he refused to redo it like he said he would He has only ignoed and ghosted us, refusing to take full accountability for the mess. The dirt backfill was never finished, the lines cut into the patio are crooked, there is putting on every single surface and chunks are literally coming off of THE NEW PATIO WE PAID FOR. The entire situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgusting. Do NOT hire this man. He will take your money, do a shoddy job, and never fix it. read more
