Again, I was told I was just outside the warranty period and would have to pay over $150 for a service call for what was essentially a two-minute fix. I understand that labor is not free, and I respect that service companies have to charge for their time. However, after spending nearly $40,000 with this company, I expected at least a little courtesy and goodwill for such small, quick adjustments. Instead, I was met with a rude attitude and a complete unwillingness to help unless I paid another service charge. My biggest issue is not just the warranty cutoff. It is the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer care after we spent so much money with them. The experience felt very transactional: take the money, then refuse to stand behind the work in any reasonable way once the big project was done.
