Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price. I never actually used this company for HVAC services--and after my experience today, I never will…read more One of their company vans was driving recklessly on I-10, cutting me off so aggressively that I was forced onto the shoulder. In the short time I was behind them, I also watched the driver cut off several other vehicles. Your employees represent your business even when they're behind the wheel. Driving a company vehicle reflects directly on your company, and this kind of dangerous behavior leaves a terrible first impression. I don't care how good your service may be--if your employees are willing to put other drivers at risk, that's not a company I want to support. Do better. -------------------- ETA: I almost deleted this review because I felt bad leaving a negative review for a company I never actually used. I considered writing it off as one bad moment or a stressful day. Then, just two hours later, I came across the exact same company van again. (I know it was the same one because the van number is displayed on the back.) Once again, the driver was flying across multiple lanes, cutting me off and weaving through traffic--along with several other drivers. At that point, it no longer felt like a one-time mistake. Apparently I had…read morereceived defective carpet, so it would pull out easily and also the carpet had a pattern stain that you could clearly see once vacuumed. It also had several gaps where the seams met. The installers assured me this was normal and that the seams would fade. I was shocked considering the price we paid for the carpet. Also, I asked a few experts in the area and they also agreed this was not correct at all. Well two weeks later and it honestly looked worse. So I called them back. They "fixed" the seams they said and left. I didn't have a chance to look before they left as I was on a work call. I checked shortly after and same deal. I ended up calling my project manager at Sunn and she came right out to check. Well lo and behold, she immediately could tell something was wrong even though the installers assured me twice that everything was ship shape. She had me send over a piece of the carpet to get tested by the vendor. That ended up being about a one month waiting period. The vendor got back to me and agreed that the carpet was defective and offered a full replacement at zero charge. They were extremely compassionate and empathetic, so it made me feel much better since the installers made me feel like I was going nuts. So we got the second install done on the carpet and it is MUCH better. There are still issues at a couple seams, so I am not 100% thrilled. But it did take care of the major issues we had. To be honest, I was pretty surprised the whole time that the GM or owner of Sunn carpet didn't follow up on this at all. The only thing that saved them from a one star review was their project manager to be honest. So I am so appreciative of her help in all of this. But I do think that better quality control would help this company a lot. Also, a follow-up after install to ensure customer satisfaction should be standard. But it is what it is. I would be a bit hesitant to use them for my next fooring project given the circumstances. But at least it wasn't left in the state of the first install. DM me if you would like the first or second install pics. If I posted the first install pics here I think it would severely hurt this business, so I refrained from that.
