I don't mind but my son is allergic to dogs and it could start up his allergies which I then would mind. Also we set up a blanket on the grass and this grass has the tiny spikey balls in the grass so that was an inconvenience trying to clean that off. But overall, the park is clean, the other kids and parents are friendly and there isn't anyone here who isn't supposed to be which is nice.

This is wonderful park to have in the neighborhood. Wished I lived a bit closer and wished we came prepared with a picnic blanket. Very relaxing and enjoyable. There is limited parking in the parking lot, but you can also park on the curb. Just check out the street parking times. There are city parking times where you're not to park there, unless collecting parking tickets is your thing.

There is a smaller area that is sectioned off for the smaller pups. Honestly when I brought my little Pomeranian here, she loved it. Lots of things to sniff and places to dig holes lol She had fun rolling around in the grass. I don't remember having an issues with dog poop on the ground or anything like that. And no complaints from my dog lol She seemed happy and had fun. I like that they have the separate area for the smaller dogs. That is needed. Overall this is a great park for the fur-baby's to have fun safely. The reviews and pictures on this park caught my eye. It was more than I had hoped for especially because I've given up hiking to train my dog and lately I've been missing my hikes. This park gave me a bit of what I have been missing. Peaceful surroundings, trees, a dirt path, space, and minimal distractions. The pup and I got to play and train and we both left feeling super satisfied. I did notice a small blue tent in the park. Not sure if it was occupied. I wasn't too concerned because I had my dog. A discarded syringe cap was also found near a bench. Otherwise, the park was well-manicured, clean, and serene. I look forward to returning!

Large and small dog areas are separated. You never know what dogs you'll meet here but I do see the regulars as a handful of them bring out their chairs and socialize with each other while their dogs hang out. It is perched on top of a small, picturesque, rocky knoll, with a view that is stellar and invigorating, as long as you choose to ignore the insanity of the 91 freeway down below. Once you arrive at the top, it is quite peaceful and quiet. This park is still in its early infancy of re-opening, the City of Corona having just celebrated the re-opening in late August 2021. It is a wonderful little getaway within the community, a place to wind down, enjoy a jog, hike, or just park and watch the sunset. There are a few picnic tables and a little, grassy dog park, fully enclosed and separated into two sections, one for small dogs, another for large dogs. You will find substantial parking areas as you drive up to the top. To reach the dog park, park at the top. You must be willing to walk a bit further, but on a well paved path. For handicapped, the path is wheelchair friendly. There are also railings along the path from the parking lot to the dog park. There is no shade at this time, the trees are too young. The cement picnic tables are exposed to the elements (no shade covering), but are quite sturdy. Landscaping is obviously unfinished and I did not observe any restroom facilities or water fountains for dogs or humans. The gates are closed at sunset, at which time you will be reminded by park employees to move your car. But if you decide to park on the street below, i.e. Griffin Way, and hike up the hill (pant-pant-cough-cough), there are no restrictions to when you must leave. There is limited lighting, mostly around the picnic area and dog park. This is a nice little addition to our community, well maintained, and welcomed enthusiastically.

My dogs and I have been walking at River Walk Park for the past 15 years. They have a wonderful…read moretrail that has really expanded over the past 10 years. You can now walk from Eastvale Community Park at Hamner through River Walk Park and down to Archibald, a total round trip of 5.2 miles. Unfortunately, there has been so many kids out there racing E-bikes during the past year it is getting increasingly difficult to safely take a walk with my dog along this trail. Recently JCSD has put up 20 miles per hour speed limit signs that say yield to pedestrians and some mirrors to help see around sharp turns. 20 mile per hour speed limit might be an okay speed limit on the straight parts of the trail, but 20 miles per hour isn't at all safe around the sharp turns. I have had to jump in the bushes and pull my dog off the trail several times from E-bikes racing around a curve in the trail.

There are great views of the Jurupa Valley, shade, water, trash cans and poop bags every couple of hundred yards and it's just a really nice dog park, one of the best I've seen! The people are nice and appear to actually clean up after their dogs! Some are talkative, others keep to themselves but the majority of people at least speak! It's such a nice atmosphere versus other parks that aren't well maintained! I'm so happy to have found a dog park where I don't have to worry about anything and can just sit and watch the dogs play! This is definitely the best I've found in the valley so far!
