You can now walk from Eastvale Community Park at Hamner through River Walk Park and down to Archibald, a total round trip of 5.2 miles. Unfortunately, there has been so many kids out there racing E-bikes during the past year it is getting increasingly difficult to safely take a walk with my dog along this trail. Recently JCSD has put up 20 miles per hour speed limit signs that say yield to pedestrians and some mirrors to help see around sharp turns. 20 mile per hour speed limit might be an okay speed limit on the straight parts of the trail, but 20 miles per hour isn't at all safe around the sharp turns. I have had to jump in the bushes and pull my dog off the trail several times from E-bikes racing around a curve in the trail.

There's plenty of room…read morefor walking, hiking, hiding, running, throwing the ball, or just sitting and taking in the sounds of children laughing as they play. Dogs also love the area. On the south end of the park is a hill where a bunch of ground squirrels live. Chasing these will definitely tire one out. I'm exhausted after only a few minutes. I wish I had a dog to share in the fun. Those little squirrels are fast! Especially the ones with foaming mouths. Picnic tables and benches are plentiful. Most are shaded. My favorite are the benches on top of the hill. You can get a beautiful view of the surrounding area and further on to the San Bernardino mountains, which at present time are snowcapped. If you enjoy bird watching, you'll see a nice variety. Raven, Hawk, sparrow, robbin, and humming. A flock of geese flew over as I was writing this. Behind the park are rocky hills for the kids to explore. I didn't climb them as I was too tired from chasing the squirrels. Plus, I wasn't feeling too good after one of the foamy ones bit me. I think I ma ey hav.. 2 kuT meye sta shrt,.? ....*×× im feeing a but disney. Quick Tip: If you see foaming squirrels, take away the beer cans they're chewing on. Especially if they're full. Drunken squirrels can get pretty nasty.

There are 2 baseball fields (I believe), and even in the evening time, it's very well lit! This park is one of my favorites to walk around and play Pokémon Go at. It's such a large park with so many pokestops and gyms. There's plenty of walking space and places to sit and take a breather. The pavements and walkways are really well kept and clear, and the benches and tables are relatively clean. There's also a skatepark attached to the park if you're interested in skating! It's a perfect little park for weekends and day trips with friends and family.

The big dog park is on a bit of a hill, so there's a small incline where one could lose sight of their pup briefly if not careful, but it's not a big deal. This park is definitely in our rotation now and worth driving a little farther for.

The park is kept pretty clean at all times that I've seen. There's a Kids Splash Pad area that is turned on during the summer, I believe it'll turn back on sometime in May. 2 baseball fields, and a ton of grassy areas throughout. Also a skate park and a basketball court. Theres a dog park area as well, one side for small dogs and one side for large dogs. Nice walking trail that goes around the whole park with some exercise machines placed evenly around the walking trail. Theres picnic areas with a couple BBQs. The neighborhood holds big holiday events at this park right before each holiday. We love bringing our kids and our dog here.

Even had soap and warm water. There was an air show going on at the local airport, so it was cool to visit here for a bit and catch some of the planes as they were flying by.

There was overflowing trash cans in every area, trash all over the fields and nobody from the city clearing anything out. None of the porta potties had water in the hand washing stations first thing Sunday morning, also the fields are in bad shape with dangerous divots/holes and uneven playing surfaces. Yes, it's conveniently located next to many shopping centers and eateries, but in no way would I make this the main hub field for all future tournaments. I didn't like the fact that each field was separated by a road or parking lot as vehicles impatiently speed thru making it dangerous for the kids, definitely one of the worst fields/parks we have been to play soccer at over many years.

You…read morecan hike up to the Doppler which is about 5 miles in or you can take the right split with continue on Blackstar. Canyon Rd. you can probably about 20 + round trip. The Trail does not have much shade and some part of the trail are very gravely. Make sure to wear sun protection and comfortable trail shoes. If you're not used to steep incline, bring trekking pole would help. The trial is pretty stright forward, you will run into a few splits, if you want to hit the doppler, then keep going to your left. I consider this a safe trail and there's mobile reception most of the way. Oh! also, be safe and watch out for the bikers. Some will not use the bell and will come right behind you! Parking is limited, street parking only on Foothill, right in front of the trail.
