Holly deliciousness! I've seen a couple people tag this place in their posts, so I've been wanting to try this for some time... I got the regular Nutella Brownie ice cream and the only thing I can say is no other place can even compare . The other thing I'd like to say that was really impressive was the customer service, the two teenage boys that were working yesterday were kind, friendly and most importantly patient with my family, but mostly my two Indecisive children. I wish I have gotten their names but they were SO awesome with my kids and didn't seem frustrated the least hen they kept asking to try another sample. Great ice cream! I come from midwest dairy country and know what good ice cream is...............and no, Blue Bell is not good ice cream. This place is a Parker gem and we are lucky to have this fine ice cream so close to home. The shop is spotless, you could literally eat off the floor. The staff is very friendly, always willing to help, and the servings are generous. They also make malts, and they use REAL MALT POWDER! Can you imagine that. I do wish that they had more traditional ice cream flavors like Cherry nut, butter brickle, black raspberry, maple walnut, sweet cream etc, etc. Still, you can't go wrong here, this place is good. read more

This place just opened up, but they already have the best homemade ice cream in Parker. I tried the chocolate ice cream, and it was delicious, dark and complex. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other flavors (cinnamon!). So glad this place exists. Me and wife live in the nearby neighborhood and will walk here for a great treat. Their butter pecan is perfection. The chocolate sorbet is unbelievably dairy free. The salted snickers, the blood orange sorbet, the rocky road, salted caramel, the classics and the new flavors are all delicious. Great place for ice cream! Awesome that it's family owned and operated. My wife and I wanted to try two flavors each, but not eat a ton of ice cream, so we each got single scoops with half of each flavor we wanted. This turned out to be like double scoops! I can't imagine how much ice cream you'd get with the true double scoop. The employees were friendly and let us try as many samples as we wanted, as there are many flavors to choose from! The caramel mocha and honey almond crunch were our favorites. Highly recommend if you're craving ice cream! read more

Yum! This is my favorite ice cream spot in the area. They have so many flavors to choose from. I have yet to try any that I didn't like. The Oreo Caramel is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and they keep the line moving without making me feel rushed when it's my turn to sample and order. They're also very generous with their scoops! Little pricey and ambience/decorating/furniture needs some help, otherwise no hesitation for 5 stars. Staff is delightful. Every flavor we sampled was VERY GOOD. I spent far too long picking my poison. And to hear it's a local family that is small-batching the ice cream...well, way to go! The reality is, I wish the s'mores I have experienced actually tasted like their s'more flavor, as well as the caramel oreo (wait, do caramel oreos actually exist)? Both better than the real thing. This place had a great selection of ice cream, candies, and sodas, which has me excited to come back for more. The only thing that wasn't perfect about the place was the cleanliness. There are only a couple tables but the open tables were dirty even though there were four kids working. They were very friendly, but I wish they would have been a bit more proactive in that area. In fairness to them, some kid was sitting there hitting on the 2 girls the whole time with seemed to weird out the 2 other boys working there too, so they were preoccupied. read more

What a great local find! Very creamy, rich, mouthwatering ice cream! You can taste all the flavors until you decide. I almost didn't go to Butterfield's based on the reviews about the quality of customer service....I should have got with my instincts. While I will tell you the ice cream is amazing, the price and customer service was not. My wife and I paid $8 and some change for 3 scoops, nothing fancy, just 3 scoops. The gal behind the counter didn't even turn around from making waffle cones when she greeted us. She just talked to us with her back to us. Also, her scoops were very stingy. Another person was waited on by the other girl there and his were much bigger. I don't know why businesses don't understand service. I'll never be back. I'll pay more for an inferior product if the service is awesome. I'm sorry, but your ice cream isn't good enough to be treated that way. read more

Got the history of the place from the counter girl as well as insight on customer favorites, ingredients, etc. Family owned business makes it a plus in my book. Great experience tonight. This is a simple shop with good ice cream and great staff. Staff could have been part of ownership but I did not ask. Great service and knowledge shared with enthusiasm but without hype. I will say the pricing is moderate because nothing is cheap in Parker. I will be back. read more

This is some of the best ice cream I have ever had! We ordered the strawberry lemonade and the caramel Oreo. The strawberry lemonade was fruity and light while the caramel Oreo was rich and delicious. The waffle cones were also perfect, especially the chocolate dipped one. This is not the cheapest place, but it's the best ice cream by far, and worth the price and drive past every other place in Parker.

Ok, so first off, the ice cream here is some of the best I've had. I've been here twice and gotten the caramel oreo both times--out of this world. My main issue has been with service, particularly one of the servers. The first time I visited, I was served by a shorter girl with brown hair. She seemed to be in the worst mood and was the most unpleasant person I'd ever met. But whatever, everyone has bad days so I don't mind, I got my ice cream and left. The SECOND time I visited, not even a few days later, this same girl got my ice cream again. My assumption about a bad day was completely wrong--she was just, if not more, of a salty grump. Acted as if she hated me and gave me a single scoop HALF that of my friends, who was helped by a different employee. I was super bummed because the prices here definitely are a little more on the pricey side so I didn't feel it was worth what I got. I love the ice cream here so I don't think this will stop me from going, but maybe I should just refuse to be helped by her so I can actually get a neutral, maybe even positive, interaction. read more
