Carne Asada DELICIOUS!! Delicious carnitas enchiladas and chorizo breakfast burrito
    Jay K.

Amazing! Just Go here! Just do it! California type Mexican spot. Chorizo burrito , old school made delicious! Best carne asada and enchiladas we have had in colorado! Our server Jovanni made us feel like we were on vacation, he is an amazing waiter. During dinner a man came in asking if they had seen his wife's ring she left and they kept it for him. Honest business too! Again, just go here!

    Chips, Salsa, Bean Dip

We were greeted immediately when we came in, directing us to a brightly lit booth by a window. They brought us chips, salsa, bean dip. I am usually not a fan of bean dip, but theirs was pretty good. Unfortunately, that was about it. I ordered the special enchiladas that said chicken, but he asked. The enchiladas were full of meat but the sauce did not have any heat to it unfortunately. Their tamale - the chicken was pretty dry. Service was fantastic as well, I just wished the food had matched.

    Fajitas swimming in oil

Just not sure what all the hype is about this place the food was very basic and this is just a typical oval plate beans and rice Mexican restaurant the food taste just like any other place around the area. The service was great but for what you pay it's just not worth it. I most likely won't be back The Chile rellenos were just OK. However, the cheese wasn't even melted inside. The steak fajitas were swimming in oil, and the pieces of steak were pretty grizzly and fatty. Sangria was loaded to the rim with ice which is a little bit of actual sangria in it and then they charged $11.

    Skinny margarita

Amazing service. I order the skinny margarita with grapefruit tequila and it was Delicious! I loved that you got beans and salsa with the chips. Lastly, I ordered Esteban Favorite from the menu which included shrimp enchilada, Carne Asada, taco, and a crispy relano.,

Food was excellent. Margaritas were strong. It's like Tex-Mex, but better! Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was consistently greeted, checked on, and even had the manager come over to introduce himself and see how everything was going. That level of hospitality really sets a restaurant apart. The service felt more like being welcomed into a friend's home than dining out, which was such a refreshing experience. The fajitas were very tasty and delicious--no complaints at all there. The toasted michelada was okay; I might suggest a salted or Tajín rim to enhance the flavor a bit more. The atmosphere had great Mexican vibes that I really enjoyed. Overall, thank you for a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!

The only downside was that bar service was a bit slow, but it was clear the bartender was working hard and handling a busy crowd on their own. Despite this, the margaritas were made to perfection! The queso blanco is delicious, the salsa is a bit on the runny and mild side, but overall, good.. especially with the fresh, house-made chips. I ordered the fish and shrimp fajitas, and while the seafood was cooked perfectly, the overall dish was a bit under-seasoned and left me wanting more flavor. That said, the menu has so many great options that I'd definitely come back and try something different. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm looking forward to giving them another visit.

I thought this place was solid when I got some food for to-go a while back. Ugh!! The only good thing was that we were seated right away upon arrival (it was probably because we were a small group of two people; when we arrived, there was one two-person table available; people with larger groups were waiting in the waiting area.) Our waiter was polite and pleasant and yet his attentiveness was bare minimum. Our food took such a long time before they came out of the kitchen. Whereas my bf's Avocado Tostada plate was decent (I didn't taste it; he said he liked it), my Baja Fish Taco was mediocre at best (the fish had barely any meat in it; it almost looked like a very thin chicken meat that was cooked with absolute stinginess!!) The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because of the swift seating upon arrival and the harp player who performed for the mothers (as it was Mother's Day yesterday.) 25-minute drive on Parker Road from my northeast DTC home surely wasn't worth it; we could have gone to one of the nearby restaurants to satisfy our cravings for Mexican food instead.

We understand they're probably still working through some challenges since this was only their second night back. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant's posted closing time is 10:00 p.m., but around 9:37 p.m. the lights were shut off while we were still dining, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. To make matters worse, our waitress disappeared for the last 30-40 minutes of our meal. We never saw her again to check on us, refill drinks, or bring our check. We ended up having to get the hostess to help us so we could pay and leave. We genuinely wanted to support the restaurant and hope this was just part of the growing pains of reopening. However, if the kitchen or dining room needs to close earlier during this period, it would be much better to communicate that to customers rather than making guests feel rushed out before the posted closing time. We truly hope things improve because we've enjoyed coming here in the past and want to continue supporting the restaurant.

So ordered drinks and food at the same time. Our server did forget our waters and food came out before. Ordered queso, ceviche, beef and jumbo shrimp fajitas. Queso was really good and actually filled with chilis, onions, tomatoes, etc. (blended not chunks). Ceviche was okay, need more spice and seasoning. Fajitas were very good and the tortillas they make are excellent. I know most places don't do it for fajitas but it would be great to have it mid rare or medium rare Comfortable seating and clean restaurant
