They've always been somewhat snotty but at least, in the past, they were very willing and eager to help. Now, they just act bothered that you're in the store, especially if they sense that you're shopping the sales. The last few times I was there it took several minutes before someone acknowledged my presence in their empty store. One time the sales person didn't even acknowledge me at all. However, not all of the employees are impolite- a few of them (mostly the managers) are very helpful and courteous. I'll keep shopping here despite the help because the clothes are cute, great quality and they have great sales.

'm not sure if she was the manager but she was super helpful. The clothes were organized well and everything was clean. They didn't have a second pair of boots for my older child but she recommended a few places that would have snow boots. About 10 minutes later I got a call from the associate that she had found the size I needed and she'd hold a pair for me. I was shocked at how she went out of her way to help me. I'll be doing a lot more shopping there from now on. The prices are great and the clothes are just as high quality as everywhere else.

Toy Depot is filled with all kinds of toys, which is great. But, the employee working there wasn't very nice. After picking out a product I wanted to purchase, I couldn't locate where the checkout stand was and realized once I did, some guy was sitting there asleep! I had to make some noise for him to wake up so he could ring me up. What the heck?! I get the place was empty, but sleeping on the job??? To make matters worse, his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Seems like he was grumpy from me waking him up from his power nap. I gave this place 2-stars instead of 1-star because I found what I wanted there.
