Cute little shop! They carry a mix of items -- new, used, vintage and consigned. The young lady in the store warmly greeted us as we walked in. She gave a quick history of the store and explained how the owner procures items. She was so sweet to ask about our day and share some tips for exploring the area. Items are well organized and clean. There is a fairly large selection of formal wear, kept in individual plastic covers, in the back which I don't see often in vintage boutiques. It was a while ago when I went into the store. There was a car show across the street. I had the absolute best experience. The owner was there and I started picking out some pieces. When I was in the dressing room she became my personal shopper. She kept bringing me new pieces after knowing what I was looking for. This consignment shop is a waste of time. I stopped by with some beautiful clothes around Christmas time. And the owner told me they were out of season. So I kept them in my car to bring back when they were in season. The second time I came back. The owner wasn't there and the person at the shop said she would put my name on the list for the owner to call me. She never did she was supposed to call me after the first time as well. And never did the third time I stopped by there today. With very bougie clothing, she stated that she can only take certain things at certain times and I told her it was rude to keep telling me that she was going to call me. I stopped by this boutique today and lived vicariously through my friend as she bought some adorable outfits. I had my eye on a gorgeous teal suede bag with some embroidery but I had time control myself since I'd recently done some intense retail therapy. My friend and I appreciated their wide array of good quality items that ranged from clothing, shoes, jewelry, bags, and other accessories. In addition, I was told that the ladies at this boutique also make costumes as needed for fairs and other events...such as the Renaissance Fair which unfortunately had to be cancelled this year. This woman is a nightmare to work with! I sold her two bridesmaids dresses (each about $200) and she was supposed to mail me a check within three weeks. That was 6 months ago, and still no check! After reading five other similar stories here it is clear she needs to face the consequences. I have been into her store on three separate occasions and each time she gives me attitude and asks me to leave her store. I would gladly never come back to your store again if you would just pay me the money you owe me! This is criminal activity and completely unethical business practices. I regret giving her a dollar of my business or a minute of my time. I am appalled that she continues to get away with robbing customers. We have an "appointment" next week, if she does not produce the money she owes me I am calling the police. This is your last warning, lady! Also, I'm filing a complaint with the city, whether she pays me or not. This is completely unacceptable. read more

Okay, so I sent this woman a SASE so she can send me the money she owes for my Coach handbag that i consigned with her in 2014. I went in to her shop with a friend around May 22, or 23, 2014 to check the status and she said my handbag sold on May 1, 2014 and that I would have to wait until June 20, 2014 to get paid. I will admit I became frustrated and vented to her; two days letter I wrote her a letter of apology for venting my frustrations at her and asked her to mail me my check. As of the date of this review I have STILL not received payment. She occasionally responds and accuses me of going to "extremes" and wants some sort of face to face confrontation. No thank you, I am not interested in any drama or trauma from you. Just PLEASE send me the $45 you owe me. If you're truly the Christian you claim to be, then pay me my money. Literally just left this store. My mother has been in contact with the owner in regards to finding very specific clothes for a work assignment. She was told to come in today in the morning as the owner had the desired clothes in storage and would have them ready for her to peruse. DO NOT SELL your items with this store. this would be a 0 star if I could. it has been years and no payment and no phone calls. I know my stuff has sold because she told me, then said she sent a check, Did not. had her investigate it, never got back to me. then made excuse all her consignments were being put on computer system and would get back to me, nothing!! I physically came to store and then she finally wrote a check out and I returned it because it was made out wrong, bank wouldn't accept it. she acts like selling our stuff and writing the check is such a burden that we are in the wrong for asking for our consignment.
