Everything was sold out, and after calling around with no luck, I finally found BridgeWalk on Yelp. Noah answered and was AMAZING from the start!!He helped us secure a last-minute weekend BridgeWalk and we drove over right away. As a mom, this meant everything to me--our youngest is on the spectrum, and he was completely calm and comfortable in the room. That rarely happens when we travel, so having a space that felt safe for him was huge. The room was spotless, the bathroom was super clean (we loved the shower and tub combo) and the enclosed balcony was such a nice touch. Every staff member from parking to front desk to housekeeping was kind, welcoming, and professional. The location is perfect! There areshops and restaurants downstairs, Daiquiri Deck across the street, mini golf for the kids, and the beach just steps away. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, which made everything so easy for our family. We loved it so much, we extended another night! As a mom who values comfort, cleanliness, and genuine service this place is a 10/10. We will absolutely be back.

For starters it was such a lovely location, our room was directly on the beach. We had a million dollar view and front row seats for God's handywork of a fantastic sunset. Earlier we spend time in the ocean, it was warm and delighful! In the evening, we went the sort distance to Anna Marie and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The room was beautiful and inviting with king bed and magnifient bathroom. Lastly the staff was the best asset of the Inn. Ivan and Nicole were the best and demonstrated a high degree of customer service. They answered our many questions and helped us to get settled. I had made an error in booking ( be aware of the type of room you are booking from beach front to beach side). They worked very quickly to remidy my mistake. We plan to return later this summer for started.

The tub is a step up into tub with steep sides and slippery. We'd like to see the owners redo the tub/shower into an easy to step into shower stall with sliding glass doors. In our mid-70's the current tub is a problem for us to get in & out of. We still love this resort & especially this particular bungalow. We're coming back soon!

We stayed in room 514, and while the rooms were clean, with a nice view, the service was extremely disappointing, to say the least. The receptionists have bad attitudes and refuse to deal with your problems. They double charged us for our room, and refused to deal with us to get a refund, or even accountability. We have been trying for 2 days to get a refund ($600 is not pocket change), and the first day, the manager was here, but wouldn't help much. The second day, we waited for 3+ hours for the manager to get here. Everyone had a bad attitude when we were not the ones who made the, in their words, "mistake". Now, for the food. For how expensive it is, you would expect much better. I ordered the beef nachos for $25, which took a while to come but that didn't bother me. What DID bother me is I have health issues, so I have to edit the ingredients. The first time it came back wrong, i sent it back and let the cook know that i can't have the spicy foods due to health problems, but that it was no problem and that everyone makes mistakes. The second time it came back? Chips and cheese. That's it. So I returned it again and apologized for the miscommunication, but that I just wanted 2 things taken off due to the fact I can't eat them. The third time it came, they said (and I quote) "the black beans were out, so we added chicken instead of beef". What the hell does black beans have to do with beef? So I just gave up, as it was clear to me that they were not going to get it right. Well, I try the food and it tastes like it was made that morning. The cheese was completely dry to the point it was greasy on top and hard, the chips were stale, and made me pretty sick afterward. So, I'd say if you want to get cheated out of $1,000+ for 2 nights, then this is the place for you. But me, personally, you couldn't pay me to come back. (Well, maybe if they paid back the $600 they stole). Sincerely, A dissatisfied guest and OVERPAYING customer. (P.S. the houskeeping and bartenders are great!)

We had a few good days and went into Sarasota to ride out the storm, but about a third of the guests came back after they opened up the bridge. The Gulf Stream rooms are a lot nicer than Smuggler's Cove, but we have been to Smuggler's Cove twice and liked it. A great place to spend a vacation and if the ocean is rough, the pool is wonderful. The Publix nearby is awesome for groceries and there are a lot of great restaurants around.

From the moment I stepped in and looked out the balcony it looked like something out of a movie, the water was just a mere steps away from our balcony and we can hear the oceans crashing by when we opened the sliding doors. It was incredible! The rooms is my specific condo we're clean, organized, and spacious where as much as 6 people fit in it, with a full kitchen as well. I ended up working here since I have the ability to work from my laptop and the WiFi was phenomenal given that about 5 of us were on it simultaneously. Being able to work with a view like that was something out of a dream. I highly recommend renting out umbrellas and chairs if you are coming in the summer. It came out to $120 for the week and that included both the chairs and umbrella. Each condo is only allowed to rent up to 2 umbrellas but you can take as many chairs as you want that can fit under the two. The ability to wake up every morning and dive into the ocean in mere seconds was priceless. I also got to enjoy many sunsets from the comfort of the condo, while playing board games with the family. I wouldn't trade the time I had here for anything in the world. I will definitely be coming back and making more memories here soon.
