Contacted southern electric again, "we can't yet, need to handle permit" Contacted Permit office. "All they need to do is pay" Odd. What's the hold up? Time is money. Asked for refund. Get the permit yourself ($25) and call Logan electric or chancellor. A shame I can move faster.
