Got a tattoo here was great work and had no trouble at all. Was nice and friendly. Nice vibe of cool muaic playing and nice clean shop.

If I could give him zero stars, I would've. We came here based off the Google reviews, but we should've came to Yelp. We brought our daughter here to get her ears pierced. He said we had to pay first, it included both ears and the jewelry for $95; however, if she didn't go through with it, no refund. I wish we would've known he would use huge needles to pierce versus the gun on a 5 year old. We attempted a couple of times but she needed some encouragement then he said he wouldn't do it. Also, he had gloves on but then touched everything and kept going back and forth between the room and the rest of the shop yet didn't change his glove or wash his hands. Not very sterile at all. Next time we'll def check Yelp first. And the artwork is not great at all. read more

Love this place. I gotta couple tattoos from here. They are reasonably priced and still look good. Buu is very professional and everything is clean and sanitary! My brother and dad both passed away and I wanted to get tattoos to remember them. I gave my dads heartbeat from the hospital and buu made it into a tattoo. Also, I took a card that my brother wrote to me. I was able to get the exact same handwriting. Can't wait to keep saving and go back! read more

I went in wanting a septum piercing and the owner (who I believe is the owner) had a bit of a attitude but over all he was nice and the actual piercing it self did not take that long i was there for less then 20 mins but the only true complaint i have is that its 10$ more to use card then cash read more

Worse place ever! The owner is a grumpy old man that doesn't have any patience with the customers, my son went in for his second tattoo and the man didn't let him explain, he kept interrupting and in a very bad attitude, my son even had pictures of what he wanted. At the end he said it would be $800!!!!! For a tattoo that doesn't even have color and it's only the outline of 4 flowers. Clearly he didn't want our business. Don't go to this place for tattoos. You'd think Buu is a professional because the business is well established and he is experienced. However, his work isn't thorough. I asked for a simple tattoo of a key, all he had to do was just outline it, no shading, no thick line or such. After it was done, it looked fine, after a few weeks my tattoo is smeared and looked butchered. I have four other tattoos from other shops and none of them are as such. I'm very disappointed because I actually thought he was very professional but his ink work isn't great at all. I'm so upset that this smeariness is on my skin forever. read more

Buu did a tattoo for my girlfriend and I. Mine came first which was awesome. No problems there. Then 5:20pm came around and he started my girlfriends tattoo at around 6:00 (his next appointment) had shown up without him being finished and keep in mind you he's the only one in the shop. Now it's 6:20ish and he's still rushing to get it done so he can pick up his next clients. You NEVER rush when it comes to permanent markings on somebodies skin. We have tried to contact him multiple times sending pictures. He literally messed up my girls tattoo in 7 different places. She got a dragonair from Pokemon... He pierced her skin so bad where the horn supposed to be, which was a round ball at first and now her skins damaged and looks disgusting. He won't reply back to any messages. He took a pic of mine and didn't take a pic of hers when we were done. Overall analysis : just another money hungry tattoo artist who will rush your tattoo, fuck it up, and not try to make up for it in any way. Thanks Buu! We are stuck with this for life!!! read more

Be warned! I learned a very valuable lesson after a visit to this parlor. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!. Buu, who is owner and artist, gave me the worst tattoo I have ever seen, aside from maybe a prison tattoo. There are photos of tattoos covering all the walls but I doubt he is the one who did them. I am so ashamed I didn't do more research, I have other tattoos I knew nothing of the artist who did them..guess I just got lucky because they all look great. He overworked a large section and blew out the lines outlining the whole thing. A kindergartener could have done just as good of job. Now to research a quality laser treatment then an artist who knows what they are doing. read more

Extremely extremely rude. The moment we showed up he was the opposite of welcoming and reassuring. When we inquired about why he was handling the jewelry gloveless with dirty hands/fingernails and no use of hand sanitizer despite seeing us walk in and shouting out that we used it. After we asked him how he was going to sanitize the jewelry and whether or not he would be wearing gloves or even bare minimum wash their hands...as he simply walked into the room without putting any on he was visibly upset. He proceeded to say he wouldn't do the piercing at all due to our apparent concern. He also had some weird chemical concoction that wasn't explained and that he said he would be using to clean the jewelry. read more

Stay awayyyyyyyyyy. Got my first tattoo here and hate that this is what my first experience was like. Even with proper care my tattoo faded within three months. Damn. I wish I would have listened to the previous poster. Buu, the owner, did my tattoo...a VERY simple wave on the back of my neck. He was very nice and the tattoo was finished quickly. ALSO...like the previous poster said..there were pics ALL over the walls..so I assumed I was going to be a very happy customer. I was... until about 1 week afterwards. My husband took a look at the tattoo and told me that it was bleeding (the ink). This was my 4th tattoo..and I've NEVER had this problem before. I wanted a simple wave tattoo. What I got was a shitty tattoo that I now need a cover up for. I would not return to this shop and I would not recommend it. read more

DO NOT get a tattoo from this man! He has pictures of his work all around his shop but don't let that fool you. I made the mistake of being spontaneous and getting him to give me a simple Roman numeral tattoo on my middle finger. It looked great when I left and for about a week after, but then all the ink began to blur together. Now I have a tattoo that looks like smeared pencil lead on my finger. This $55 shitty tattoo will now cost me a fortune to get removed. Overall, 1 star is way more than I'd like to rate but yelp won't take anything lower. Don't waste your time coming here and always research your artist before getting tatted. read more

I've gotten 3 tattoos from Buu. I think he doesn't do well on small pieces. He seemed to do his best work on my largest tattoo. He is a very nice man. I like him a lot, and he does have technical skills an artist. You have to be very choosy to make sure that you are getting a piece that is within his artistic strengths. read more

This guy sucks! We called and made an appointment with him twice. Both times, we showed up (driving from Maryland) and he was not able to do the tattoo as promised. The first time he was busy after saying yes to us, then took our deposit, and then when we showed up to the next appointment, he said he didn't have time to do the tattoo. He wouldn't give us back our deposit and was rude about it. He says one thing and agrees to it, then complains that he is too busy when you show up. I wouldn't recommend going here - you may get a lower price but it's definitely not worth it, considering this tattoo will stay on you for the rest of your life. read more

I wish I would had read the reviews, but my boyfriend and I went and got tattoos as a spur of the moment back in April. Not even 6 weeks later my boyfriend had to go back and have his entire tattoo redone (which normally you can't have it retouched until 2-3 months later) his entire tattoo had bled out (the ink). This was my first tattoo and I didnt really know what to expect during the healing phase, but it did scab in some areas which pulled the ink. When I called to have it retouched I was told oh thats only done on tues, wed and thurs, I said I am only in VA every other weekend (because I live in Annapolis MD) and I was told well i can only do it then. I went to have it retouched and was told well I normally charge if its been more than three months, I said well im only here every other weekend, and luckily he didnt charge. Horrible experience! It was my 18th birthday, I wanted to get my naval pierced and I assumed this place was pretty reputable since it has been open for a while, but I was wrong. The owner should do a better job making customers feel welcome. I paid $40 before everything was set up, and regret it so much. As the needle was about to go through my skin, I became nervous, and needed a moment to mentally prepare for the sharp pinch. Thirty seconds after I asked him politely to give me a moment, the piercer (owner) was rolling his eyes at me and didn't even do anything to comfort me. I was with a really good friend of mine and she calmed me down, but I got riled up and felt very offended when the owner said word for word "If you don't get this done now, I'm going to charge you $20, because I have better things to do". What kind of customer service is that? Also, my friend and I were the only customers in there at the time. Ridiculous! Never returning again. read more
