It was listed at $8,500, but after all the added fees -- including a $799 "reconditioning fee" for a supposed mechanic inspection -- I ended up paying nearly $11,000. I was assured the car was fully inspected and road-ready. That was a lie. After bringing the car home (a 1.5-hour drive), I discovered a shocking number of serious issues: * Control arms are rusted and rotted * Rear shocks are blown * Clutch is failing * Tires are dry rotted * Rust and bondo under the front fenders * Passenger windows don't work from the driver door * Rear doors don't lock * Missing headlight and reverse light assemblies * No bulbs in key lights * Windshield wipers are completely dry rotted * Frame has rust holes * Speaker is blown * **AND the car has no valid New Jersey state inspection -- it's almost 4 years overdue. This car was never properly inspected. It should not have been sold, period. I made multiple attempts to return it, and the dealership even admitted to my fiancé that they "overlooked" things and offered to refund the $799 -- clearly incriminating themselves and proving the inspection never happened.
