After checking in my vehicle, my wife and I went into the waiting area which was very reminiscent of restaurant style seating with multiple tables and chairs around. Unfortunately there was no complimentary coffee or snacks. The did have a cafe where you could by food that looked sub-par. I was slightly annoyed because after 10 minutes of waiting, one of the salesman came up and tried to buy my car and get me to do a trade in option...I'm just here for service. Typical dealer behavior but I was disappointed by it. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours but it ended up taking just over 3 hours, which I was OK with because they offered a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping center but it was still frustrating that their estimate was so far off. When it came time to pay, the charged an additional hidden $40 "dealer fee". Once again frustrating, I thought that's what I pay for when I pay for the labor hourly rate? They also added another small credit card fee. Things add up and it's frustrating that they aren't up front about their costs. They also tried to tell me my 10 month old battery was bad and needed replacing for over $300. Naturally I declined because my battery is working 100% fine. They definitely were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, I hoped for a better experience and won't be back. I usually always do my own maintenance for this very reason but was short on time. I will use another private shop next time.

I would give AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial in Orlando zero stars if I could…read more I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership because it was advertised and sold as an AutoNation Certified vehicle with a 90-day/4,000-mile Certified warranty. I also purchased AutoNation's extended warranty because I believed AutoNation stood behind the vehicles it sells. Almost immediately after buying the Jeep, it began having intermittent starting issues. We mentioned concerns about how it drove, but we were assured everything was fine. Then, only about a month after purchase, the Jeep completely lost all electrical power while I was driving, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road at night. It had to be towed. The diagnosis was that the Jeep's primary control module (the vehicle's computer or "brain") had failed. This wasn't a flat tire or normal maintenance item--it was a major electrical failure on a vehicle that had just been sold as "Certified." What disappointed me even more was the response from the selling dealership. When I called AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial hoping they would stand behind the vehicle they had certified, I was essentially told they weren't going to do anything and wished "good luck." What's the point of paying extra for a Certified vehicle if the dealer refuses to take responsibility when a serious problem appears almost immediately after the sale? I expected AutoNation to stand behind its Certified program. Instead, I was left stranded, bounced between dealerships, dealing with delays, confusion over warranty coverage, and a complete lack of concern from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. I hope AutoNation Corporate steps in and makes this right, because my experience with AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial has completely destroyed my confidence in both the dealership and the AutoNation Certified program.

I have loved Corvettes for more than 20 years. I've followed every generation, every spec change, and every color drop. I've waited patiently for the right time to buy my own, and this year felt like the perfect moment. I was especially excited to see Riptide Blue, a new color for 2024. I've always loved Rapid Blue but wanted to compare them in person before making a final decision. When the salesperson approached us, I explained I was there to look at Corvettes and specifically wanted to see Riptide Blue. He pointed to a car on the floor and insisted that was it. I knew it was not Riptide -- I've been following every update -- but he seemed annoyed that I questioned him. Only after I pressed did he check the system. Sure enough, I was right. No apology. No acknowledgment. Just more coldness. He eventually brought the correct car up and said, "You can look inside," without a smile or any enthusiasm. I asked if we could test drive it, and he replied, "We don't do test drives on new Vettes," then disappeared -- no chance to ask questions, no follow-up, no effort to continue the conversation. As we walked away, he asked, "You good?" like we were wasting his time. What he never realized is that we came as serious buyers. This was not just a casual visit -- this was a lifelong dream and a birthday gift from my husband. Instead, we were profiled based on our age and dismissed, as if we could not possibly afford a Corvette. We walked in excited. We walked out hurt, frustrated, and disappointed. This salesperson failed both the Chevrolet brand and the legacy of the Corvette. He turned what should have been a joyful, emotional, once-in-a-lifetime experience into something I will now always remember with sadness. Do better.

After the sale I called Miki about a issue and not only did he have a solution, He actually shipped the part I needed to me. If you are looking for a Toyota Prius this is worth the drive. When I got there the guy Mickey was at his desk and told me I had to wait for the other salesman to finish with his customers while he did nothing. Half an hour later the other salesman got with me and let me drive a Prius. I asked why the average MPG was only 33 mpg and was told it was because the cars sit running at the lot and it drags the mpg down. So I figured out how to reset the trip odometer to zero and the average mpg to zero and I went on a drive. I drove about 3 miles in city traffic and it came out to 32 mpg. So I went back and told Mickey the results and he scolded me, telling me I'm not allowed to drive more than one mile "for insurance reasons" and started explaining that you have to drive the car for over an hour to get 50 mpg. Didn't make sense, it all sounded like lies. I drove 2 more cars and both of them also didn't get over 34 mpg. So I left and went home. Next day I see an alert on my credit report that said they pulled my experian credit file. I never authorized them to pull my credit. I called him and asked why they did this and mickey told me they never did. He denied it over and over and said it is impossible to pull my credit without my social security number. I googled it and found out it is possible for them to pull it without my social and I told him what google said. He argued and denied it more and more. I asked if I should not believe my lying eyes because I'm looking at my credit report right now. He is a liar and when confronted with it he will gaslight you and deny the facts. I also told him that I've worked for dealers and gone on test drives at other dealers and I know that the insurance companies have no policy about only letting customers drive one mile. He continued his denials. DON'T buy from these dishonest dealers.

After scheduling an independent prepurchase inspection received the dealership's initial with an additional "Reconditioning" fee of $1987. When challenged, "the manager approved" a reduction of $500 for this "standard" fee. I let the vehicle go. Salesperson continued to ping my email with pressure that another sale might be pending, so I rereviewed the website and noted that Orlando Preowned advertises in general an on the specific vehicle "Zero Junk Fees & Zero Dealer Fees: The price you see is the price you get". While I'm no lawyer, this infers to me that the price on the vehicle landing page is the sale price I should expect. When confronted with this insight (with the GM copied), the salesperson dug their heels in again, reiterating this was a "standard" fee. The GMs response was to cut/paste the salespersons email as a reply without addition. Now I'm not a dumb consumer, and clearly certinly not as bright as the employees of this company, but " The price you see is the price you get" does mean something to the most of us, and I don't' think it aligns with Orlando Preowned's point of view. Disingenuous at best, more inline with deceptive, bait & switch
