Now as far as maintenance... well that's another story. Came here sometime last year to get my oil changed and I waited 3 hours!! before I asked for an update. The lady that was my service advisor was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for an update. Literally have no idea why she was so rude, it was a genuine concern why it took 3 hours for my oil to be changed. I come today to get an oil changed and before I had handed over my car, I mentioned that my Washer Fluid light kept coming on and even after filling it up, it would turn off and than a few minutes later it would turn back on. The guy helping me was...not sure how to describe it but mumbling much of the time and it was very hard to hear/ understand him. I waited AGAIN 3 hours and asked for an update. This guy was vey hard to understand and he mentioned how my Coolant tank was completely empty and I had no coolant, don't know much about cars, but I do know that couldn't have been possible (the fact that I had no coolant) because my car would have overheard on the drive over (a good 30 minutes from my house). I went back and forth with him asking questions and could hardly get any proper information out of him. In the end the technician that was working on my car, pulled me into the back and "showed me" what he did. Basically saying he checked my coolant for any leaks, and said I had none. And that he filled my tank up. He also stated that my washer fluid tank had fluid in it. I then proceeded to explain my coolant was never "leaking" from my knowledge but I had thought it was my washer fluid. As the light kept turning on and there would be nothing in the tank. Not sure if they really weren't understanding what I was saying, or they were just avoiding the issue but I had to leave for school. 5 minutes down the road my washer fluid light turned on again :/

A woman speaking broken English with a terrible phone connection says well you still have a balance on your vehicle so we cannot do a secured loan. Really..? You could have told me that in an email like any other credit extending responsible bank would do. As a decorated disabled Gulf War working veteran I'm disgusted with this bank. They are very misleading and fraudulent in my opinion. I'll be sure to write up their unethical practice and poor customer services on Yelp as well for all 22 million military & veteran social media followers. All they had to do was simply say no online and not lead me on to gain my personal information. Shame on you OneMain Financial.. you suck.

Won't include household income. Ask you for collateral ie title to vehicle then say they don't do collteralized loans with a manager stating we are not in the repo business. if so then why as for collateral!!! Go elsewhere for your loans!!!!

My sisters and I needed to start a new account recently and scheduled a sit-down meeting with Angelica, a relationship banking officer at the Chase Bank off of Bumby. She was able to help us fully, as well as answer follow-up questions promptly via email. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and feeling at ease. In terms of normal banking, I love the location for quick stops and they even have a drive up ATM. It couldn't be more convenient. 5 Stars all around! Previous review from 2018: 4 Stars for a bank location with friendly staff that's in a perfect spot. Plus, the building is great! This is my go-to bank and it happens to be insanely close to my house. They have two drive up ATMs and drive thru areas as well as a good amount of parking behind the building. The building itself is really unique compared to your cookie cutter typical bank outparcel. It's tall and pitched, and stands out on Colonial Drive. In terms of tellers, they're always friendly. I have been in a few times for services relating to the purchase of a new home but I didn't go through Chase for my mortgage. (Always Check the rates. They were comparable to local lenders, but you may find online lenders with lower rates- I did.) I worked with a Private Client Banker, Cindy Wong, for those more substantial requests (wiring a large sum for the down payment, etc.). She was absolutely a joy to work with. Quick, interested in chatting (as I always am), and got the job done. I had to go back in two days later and she remembered me and recalled our conversation. This is the kind of "Cheers"-like service you don't expect at a bank. It was really nice to feel like I know a few people at my branch. Overall, good spot. May not be the lowest interest rates, but the service is too notch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the setup--they have two ATMs positioned in both directions, so you don't have to circle the entire building to find one. It's a smart and efficient use of space that I've never seen before at any other bank. Kudos to Chase for making the experience quick and convenient!

They did upsell more recommend services like coolant and tire alignment, but that would have jumped to over 700. I just stuck with the basic routine. I waited in the lounge, scrolled through posts, and surfed the net while I waited. Got texted with inspection notes and recommend services, but I declined. After an hour and half later, they texted me and said they were done. I paid the bill in the counter and left. The service staff are friendly and helpful, but the prices here are very expensive. But they get the job done and I trust them because this is the place where I bought my car. For other advanced services, I might look elsewhere for cheaper prices and still reliable. But if you are looking for reliability and friendly staff, Autonation is still good. Overall: B
