Purchased a used f150 lariat from here 2 months ago. "As is" is the perfect title for this review. Test drove around the block as they directed with no issues around the block. Specifically asked for peace of mind the salesmen, since its sold as is unlike other dealers if there is a serious issue is it my problem immediately, assured me "oh no, we work with people at the very least if you run into anything serious". With that being said still purchased the extended warranty for the real peace of mind. In the first week noticed transmission issues with the vehicle. Called the salesmen back, he let me no that he spoke with the manager and he would get back with me (no response), Called back a few days later. Left message with manager, no response. Called back a few days later was assured that the service manager was informed and he would reach out next day. After a week of the back and forth with no call back, I decided to bring my frustrations into the dealership, where then immediately was addressed by the service manager with finally quick response (sad that it took me coming into the dealership frustrated to get some.customer service). They immediately had me in next day to look at vehicle and I received before end of business, "we hooked it to the computer and drove it for 30 minutes and no issues", mind you it was very hard to miss the horrible hard shift especially in 5th gear. As I stated when they returned it to me, "we will just keep an eye on it". Well, within a week and having enough of my newly purchased truck slamming into gear. I took it to my A+ rated mechanic explained the issues, they immediately came back with yes sir we feel something, would you like us to drop the pan check fluid and filter and see. transmission issues, obvious metal all in the pan and had to have them go through all the headache of the extended warranty. But of course they dont cover everything $9000 repair and still had to come out of pocket almost $4,000 for a transmission. Owner tells me to call from a google response and am still awaiting a callback after 2 weeks and still 4 call backs on my end. read more

I have taken my car here for a minor repair thst was covered under warranty - in both cases, it took over a week for the repairs to be completed, I never received a return call and had to call back multiple times per day, and I was not provided a loaner car despite them having my car for over a week! On 2/16/2026, salesman, Amine Allam, told me that car was not available yet for purchase as it had to go thru additional safety and inspection, replacement of windshield wipers, air filter, etc. are needed. In addition, the vehicle had a sizeable paint chip that need to be fixed under warranty at collision center prior to sale. Salesman, Amine Allam, asked if I could wait for all vehicle parts replacements & repairs to be completed prior to the car being sold, would email me inspection/safety report, & keep me updated. I was willing to wait and seriously interested in purchasing the vehicle. Well, I never received safety/inspection report via email. Also, I never received any further communication from salesman, Amine Allam, that all replacement parts & repairs were completed. I contacted salesman, Amine Allam, on 2/25/2026 to get an update on the vehicle & he simply said the vehicle was sold 3 days ago. WOW!!! The LACK OF COMMUNICATION is so DISRESPECTFUL to me as a customer. Also talked to sales manager, Zafir Dissou, about this issue of which the car is already sold, so he wasn't much help. BEWARE!!!! I called Central Florida Lincoln the night before my visit and was very clear about the condition of my car and the trade-in value I expected. I was told they could work with my number, which was in line with offers I've already received from multiple other dealerships. After spending my entire morning there, they let the deal fall through over just $2,000 -- which is extremely frustrating and feels like a waste of time. What's worse, I explicitly told them NOT to run my credit unless they could meet the number I wrote down on paper. They ran it anyway without my consent. We were Welcomed by salesman Patrick who was very very nice, pleasant to talk to and really needs to work for a luxury car dealership. He was eager, answered all Our questions and I would have bought a car from him. However he received zero support from his sales manager or finance manager. We have 800 credit scores and were Ready to purchase today, there were NO incentives on any of the 100 cars on the lot and no one cared to discuss anything with us. To start, I wanted to share my overall experience with the Lincoln brand, which has been disappointing and underwhelming. I have been to 3 different service departments and the advisors fail to deliver on expectations. I purchased a new Lincoln Aviator and it cost out the door around 93k. My experience with other luxury brands (Mercedes or BMW) has been significantly different and it does not feel like I'm pulling teeth to get my car repaired or get a loaner (in my more than 2 year ownership never received one). To be specific, my car has a little over 43,000 miles has a check engine light, blown speaker and 2 cameras that are not operational. I purchased extended maintenance and service plans with my vehicle and they couldn't care less. Very disappointed with my experience and if I were you I would avoid a lot of frustration and buy a Mercedes. read more

They made a nice pitch selling me a $70k vehicle, promising all sorts of goodies like fancy keychains and 70,000 reward points, neither of which have materialized despite multiple requests. I paid $600 extra for tinted windows. Car arrived, windows had bubbles and sand! Tried to schedule service but unable because Amine, the sales guy never set up account. Finally got it in for a factory recall, software update, and window tint repair. Car came back with no window tint repair! Scheduled ANOTHER service. Car came back a week later with damaged tint so didn't accept the car. Now it's back at CF Lincoln for the third time in as many months. Bought the brand new Nautilus in July. It's now end of October and I have an older model "loaner" that smells like cigarettes. IF you buy a car from these jokers do NOT submit the survey until you've owned the car for at least four months or so to make sure you are truly satisfied. I could not understand why the service at this dealership has fallen off the cliff, and now I know: the dealership changed ownership 2.5 years ago. Their service director, Jose, just told me our 3.5 year old car, which has 45,000 miles, isn't, necessarily, covered under warranty. Lincoln's Bumper to Bumper Warranty is supposedly 4 years/50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. I made my appointment 3 weeks ago, and I was told the loan car, which used to be standard procedure for Central Florida Lincoln, had a 3 week wait. OK, I'll wait 3 weeks then. I just now received a confirmation text for tomorrow's appt indicating anticipated charges of $500. When I called Jose (service director) to ask what's going on, he said "the warranty doesn't necessarily cover these items", at this point I said let's cancel my appt. He then hung up on me. I found the dealership to be Excellent. I was interested in a Lincoln Navigator well before production started. Tim Metcalfe an experienced Salesman there, stayed in touch with me as production was starting up and even called me when they had a pre production demo visit for a morning. I drove over, met the factory rep. The Demo reinforced how much I wanted one. Tim was very patient on setting up my vehicle, which took almost an hour. Now they're saying that we have another nail in the same tire (what a coincidence...) and that we have to pay for a new tire. My husband then asked them to put the old tire back because their prices are astronomical. Just for doing that they charged us $60, for not fixing anything!!!! So when they "patched it" they charged us $35, but since we decided not to buy the tire from them they now charged us an additional $60 for not fixing anything. This was convenient as I work a lot during the week and hate trekking across Orlando through traffic. I wait an entire day. Called the next day. He never text the pics and then said he used the wrong area code? So I said please send them again. He sends them so he clearly has my phone number. I respond on Saturday asking numbers. A good/hungry salesperson would call me after the pics were sent to sell me. He never responds. I sent another message "HELLO?" That was 4 days ago. I cannot say enough good things about Central Florida Lincoln! My husband and I leased a car for him in November 2014, and the process was painless and the entire team was helpful. I took the car in for routine service, the service department was just as friendly and helpful as the sales team. On top of that the lounge was stocked with coffee, snacks, water and TVs and even massage chairs. The process to only about an hour, which included oil change, repairing a nail in a tire, detailing the driver seat, correcting the intensity of the headlights and cleaning the car inside and out. When it came time to get rid of my non Lincoln lease, Tim worked with me and got me a great deal on a new MKZ Hybrid. Once again, the entire team was incredible, the process was painless and even fun. Rhiannon made signing the paperwork enjoyable, and remembered me from when I was there in November 2014. Bought a certified 2016 Mkz hybrid (not from this dealership). A month after owning, it completely died as I was going 75 mph on the highway. I have video of the entire breakdown. It left me stranded on the side of 75 for an hour with no hazard lights or a/c, complete power failure. Took the car to this dealership. Like I said, I had video so they took the car in for service. My service guy was nice but they kept my car for a month. I had to keep calling to get updates and they would tell me some nondescript procedure they did. Finally, I get the call, it's done. They say it was a "chaffed" wiring harness and send a bill to Ford for $5000. Car seems fine. A month later I notice my hood, as well as all four doors and trunk lid have corrosion starting at the seams where the welds are. Do some research and find out it's a common thing with the mkz. Apparently there were issues with weld seals on the seams of this car. I took it to the collision center and was verbally told "everything would be fixed. We will give you a loaner but we have to order the parts. We will call you." Two weeks later, nothing. I called back and spoke to David- a manager with the collision center. He said they would be replacing the roof, all four doors, and the trunk lid but that they had to order parts. I waited another two weeks. Had to call back again and David told me that they would not be able to do ANYTHING under warranty and that I would have to pay over 4K to get everything fixed. I argued that I was already told twice that everything would be fixed under warranty. He sympathized with me. Said he would fight for me and hated that this was my experience with a certified vehicle. Never heard back from him. Called back and tried to fight it again to no avail. This is a 2016 Mkz hybrid with less than 40k miles. They told me the coverage ends after 5 years... it's 2021. My grandfather worked for Ford his entire life. He only drove Lincoln's. He would be rolling in his grave. Never buying another Ford or lincoln and never going back to this dealership. I have receipts if you don't believe me. read more
