I'd like to start off saying I know how to do my own mechanical work and I do it for myself sometimes when it's convenient. Certain things I can't do without a Lift or alignment or tire machine. It must be annoying to be a mechanic because people bring their old beat up cars in to get things fixed and there's 10 other things wrong and so they think you broke their car. This is one reason why I am not a mechanic. At buy rite I got front end work done on my truck. Three other shops including the stealership would not finish the front end work needed. Other shops wouldn't install my parts, they said they wouldn't work. But I knew they were the right parts. Buy-rite did what I asked. And did a great job and for very reasonable. It did take awhile but it wasn't an easy job even for the stealership. Downside is, people that know, line up there in the morning. You might have to wait because they offer great services for the cheapest price around. My truck drives perfect now. I'm satisfied. read more

This place straight up sucks! These people have no fu#king idea what they are doing or talking about! At least when it comes to European cars! Bring my s class in to get breaks done and everything is great or at least that's what I thought. About a week later after I get new pads, rotors, sensor and everything else that completes a break job as I'm driving I get a warning light on saying check for "break wear" now this only happens when your pads are warned out and will come time to replace them. Since I JUST replaced them I should not have this light on.. well, I show up to this place and explain to them what the hell happened and at first they tell me the car doesn't have a break sensor so the sensor was never replaced.. (that's a whole nothing story) after calling the dealer again and reconfirming the vehicle has a sensor they decide to call the mechanic that worked on the car and he confirms that indeed he replaced the sensor. Now why is the light on? Well the guy said let's get it in the shop to take a look.. after waiting for over an hour they finally get it in the shop, hook it to the computer and after messing with it for 30 min they decide to take the front tires off to inspect the rotors. After a quick inspection the guy puts the car together and basically says your car has a emergency parking sensor light that's giving you this error l. Well, I know for a fact that's not the case I spoke with a mechanic at the Mercedes dealership and they confirmed this light is only on for your brakes. It's ashamed I wasted my time coming to this place. Was going to bring in a few other vehicles since they are not far from where I live but after this experience hell no I will take my business else where. I don't have time to waste and take it to multiple shops, it should of been done the first time. Ps. These idiots left my car key on top of the car so as I'm driving away I hear something.. I stop and good thing I did because the key fell off the top of the car in the middle of the street. Like really? Come on! read more

I have had the worst experience with Buy-Rite Auto Center. I went there because my air conditioner in my car was not working. I spent all most the whole day, before they told me they could look at my car. When I got the diagnosis of my car, which was that I needed a new air compressor they told me they needed to order the part and it would take a whole day to get my car fixed. I got the air compressor put in, it did not work. They ordered another air compressor and that took two more days, I had to wait for them to look at my car and another whole day for them to fix it again. The second compressor did not work, so I finally decided just to take it to the dealer and have them put the compressor in and I had air the same day. Buy Rite is stating that I should have brought the car back to them because it is under warranty. I did not take it back to them, because it would 2 more days and I was already at the point where I could not get anything done because I did not air in my car, meaning errands, taking my dogs to the vet. I don't understand why I should give them 3 attempts to get it right and two days of my time to sit and wait to see if the compressor would work and now they are not willing to give me back my money for the defective COMPRESSORS that they put in my vehicle and the time it took for me to wait there. I have been talking to Matt there and he has been worthless emailing information to me that I requested and telling me he is busy when I try to talk to him about the situation. I will never take my car back there ever again. I would not give them any stars, but I had to give them one star to post this review. Don't come here for tires. Spend more dollars for good tires. Even their quality tires are patched. 3 flats in a month of buying 4 tires. On one of the flats buy rite patched on the shoulder/side wall putting my safety at risk. read more

Two seperate purchases: First, found out first pair that I bought last year was now ten years old as when I went to Discount Tire for repair --they wouldn't even work on them. Was told they were two years old LAST YEAR. This makes this pair a BAD DEAL Next pair, the plug keeps coming out in one and both have bead leaks so have to be installed and reinstalled about every three months. This makes the second pair that I bought last year a BAD DEAL While tires have pics, and specs and the tires and facility is clean--If it is too good to be true folks, It is probably not true. While these folks seem very bussiness like and nice.... I certainly can't recommend but obviously found their great website and descriptions and price attractive enough to have purchased --two BAD DEALS read more

I've purchased 2 full sets of used tires here and have always been satisfied and treated fairly. Gabe personally checks the tires to make sure they are in good shape for me. I am a single woman who is always a little cautious about being taken advantage of, but I have always felt that the guys here are fair and put a safe set of tires on my vehicle. Gotta be freakin' kidding me! This shop that I have used for many many years must have all new MORONS in the bays... they installed a new fuel pump for me, but hooked up the wiring AND the fuel lines BACKWARDS! Cost me a BUNCH to have a mobile auto electrician come out to the house and fix what they did. If they had installed the fuel pump correctly there wouldn't have been any problems. Instead they write it off as an electrical problem that they didn't want to look into. read more
