A friend has an Honda Accord with well over 150k miles. The car runs well, but every dollar spent on it besides gas gets evaluated. When one tire had excessive wear she decided to call around for process on a used tire. Woody's said they a couple to choose from at a price that beat all the others. I went with her to make sure she was getting a quality tire. Woody's had a couple tires to choose from. I checked the manufacturing date on what looked like the the better of the two tires. It was only 7 months old! They mounted it, repaired a small leak, mounted it again, verified no other leaks, balanced it and put it back on the car in less that 15 minutes. For less that a third ($35) of what she paid new for each of the other three coincidentally matching tires, she left a happy person. Terrible! Avoid at all costs! I took my vehicle in for a repair and they caused damage to my vehicle, and then lied about it. My vehicle has never run so poorly. They do not know what they are doing, cause damage so they can charge you more money and still do not fix the car! Worst mechanic I have ever experienced. Please be warned and stay away. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.......HORRIBLE! DISHONEST! DO NOT GO! Went to get a tire next day I got a blow out on the freeway. It completely took off my bumper and other damages to my vehicle. I took the tire back and was told by the owner Rosario "that's not my problem" and "i have nothing to do with the damages". LIARS. THIEVES. On a recent trip to a tire shop I usually go to I was informed that one of my tires was installed on the wrong side. This tire was purchased and installed by woodys. I asked them to install the tire in the correct orientation and upon removing it found out that there was a hole in the side wall the size of a large pea. It didn't break the seal of the tire. Woodys installed the tire incorrectly on purpose so I couldn't see the hole, that tire was 35$. Another tire I purchased there for 30$ a few weeks ago had very little tread left. Now that was on them too because I trusted them and was in a hurry. They are liars and I will never be back. I trusted them and they took advantage of me. Never again save your money. Got a flat tire the other day and I got towed here by AAA. Everyone was friendly here and they have can't beat prices! Service was super quick and easy, 35$ for a used tire! I even got another to replace my spare and they did that for me. I have recommended many friends here already and will return for other tire problems! read more

I was looking for 4 used tires for my corolla. I went to another tire ship earlier this morning. The man had opened up 15 minutes late. He then asked me to come back in about a half hour because his guys weren't in yet. Ok, sure, it's Monday morning. I get the Monday blues. Well I went back and I was COMPLETELY ignored by them. Nonetheless this isn't a bashing session about the previous company. Anyhow I found this Woody's on yelp! I got there and was greeted IMMEDIATELY! I had called before going and gotten a price. And I was very pleased with the price. Though the workers don't speak English, I know enough Spanish to tell what I wanted. Also they have a gentleman who speaks English and translates. I was in and out within 20-25 minutes. The tires were great. When I got home though I realize I was missing a hub cap. I was so mad about that hub cap because I can't stand when any are missing. I went back and the gentleman who speaks English told me that he noticed one cap was loose but he forgot to tell me. I went and bought a new set and went back to Woody's and they put them on for me. And when finished, the gentleman who translates gave me a fist pump. The customer service here was fantastic. I have absolutely ZERO complaints! They will certainly get my business again! Worst mechanic I ever been to.. They messed up my bearings and hub, 2 days after fixing my car the the problem came back even worst, took it to another mechanic and they showed me how Woody's screwed up it up, I had to pay for another set of bearings and wheel hub. Don't even think about using this shop. read more

Great experience! I love supporting local places and this one has a lot of history. My Mercedes CLK500 tire pop and I was on a spare. I went to Discount Tire to see if it was on warranty but it wasn't and they were going to charge me $129. So I thought I'll look around and see if Big O would be cheaper. The one I called wasn't helpful at all and it seems like they didn't even a customer. I found Woody's on yelp and I was literally out of the place in 15 min with a nice used tire for $35! I was shocked that they were that affordable and everyone was helpful. I wanted to give them more money because I want them to stay around forever. I have been coming to the auto shop for ten years and will not take my car anywhere else. These guys are honest and friendly. I was referred by a friend to Woody's after receiving an outrageous quote from another shop and Woody's not only fixed my issue but informed me that the other shop was not being truthful about what was wrong. I saved $600!!! Since then, this is the only place i will go and i refer all of my friends. Woody's shop has recently changed their name to B&M auto and tire but the same guys own and run the place. on 11/2/12 my son and me were heading back home from phoenix to yuma, my son was diagnosed with cancer and that day was his two weeks of radiation, on my way back one of my rental car tire blew out completely. i called my insurance and they transfer me to the road side assistance and i explain that i need it the service right away because of my son sickness and they told me that they couldn't guaranteed that they could be there with an a hour and i am talking we are in the middle of the desert, so i call woodys and they made the day they were there with an 30 minutes!!!! they made day and head back home for the weekend. Woody's is no longer B&M, it is back as Woody's. I have been taking my cars to Rosario at Woody's for about eight years. He is something rare and impossible to find: an expert mechanic who is honest. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and sometimes will even tell you when there's nothing wrong with it. What other auto mechanic will ever do that for you? All his guys that work there are rock stars. You can usually just sit and wait and they'll knock out your problem in record time. They are just fabulous. I can't say enough about this place. As a single woman, I am at the mercy of most auto repair places who view you as a sitting duck when you come into their place. Not Rosario.
