When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. We have informed them the exact problem now they come up with an excuse . They will find ways to try to make more money or they don't know what they're doing. Be careful with businesses like this . So we thought since they work on our Aircon and after a week not working it will under 5 years it's not even a week and comes up with new findings and charging me $600 . If they are that good they should have seen the problem from Initial inspection. The problem was exactly the same sir. Unless they charge me for the fan that was not needed . Also second time around they are charging me for another air con inspection fee what a joke, they are taking the piss . They should change the name to Bad Works .
