Great customer service and quick install! My boyfriend needed two new tires after a flat and this place delivered for a mere $75. You can view all the tire prices and serial numbers online so you come prepared. Tip: be sure to ask about the manufacture dates! In Arizona the heat is what ruins that rubber so try and get something at least less than 4 years old if you must go with a used tire. The shop is in a sketchy area but the inside is decent with cameras, vending machines and books for your use. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a cheap used tire to get them through! read more

Great people. I've used them twice now. The first time I came in I had a flat and came in with intentions of buying a new tire. They looked at the tire and told me they could just repair it for now for $20 and saved me the money on a new tire. A few months later I was in need of a new set of tires. They go over all your options from used to new and try to get you the best deal for your money. Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had taking my car into a shop. A few weeks ago I found myself desperate for an oil change. This was the first place I called that could get me in the same day and it is fairly close to my office. As I pulled up I had a feeling that I should've just immediately left - the place looks scary from the outside and the barbed wire fence is extremely uninviting. I went against my gut feeling and I decided to take my appointment as scheduled and boy do I regret it! After giving them the keys to my car and waiting patiently for 45 minutes one of the "technicians" came out to the waiting area and asked for my assistance in the back to take a look at my hood. After changing my oil he must have tried closing the hood while there was something blocking it from shutting. My hood no longer closed properly and was roughly a 1/4" off. To fix this cost me $200 at the Infiniti body-shop. As if that wasn't bad enough, less than a day after my oil change I noticed my car was leaking oil! I took it in the Infiniti maintenance center for an inspection and they told me that my oil pan has been punctured. Another $200 repair. In total their poorly done oil change ended up costing me over $430 for their fee and the repairs. Do not trust these people with your car! read more

I was in here yesterday for a set of good used tires. Normally I replace all 4 at once but summer is my slow season and needed to save some cash. However my belt was starting to show through on my front driver side tire. Not good! So I got online and Price Rite Tire had a very nice and easy website to navigate. I loved that I was able to put in size of my tire and there were pictures too. I drove all the way from San Tan Valley (50 min east of Phoenix) and was worth it! Been to big retail names with an appointment and took over 2 hours almost every time. Here I made the appointment and the lady that answered the phone said thirty minutes. I planed for an hour and a half at least. Nope!! It took just that, 30 minutes! If you need new or used tires give this shop a try. Was great working with them, quick and painless! Great customer service. I live in downtown and needed to find a shop on a Saturday that could repair my like-new tire after running over some keys that punctured the thread. I gave them a call and told me to come on in. They offered me various repair options for the tire, fixed it in a timely manner, and swapped it out with the spare on my car for a great price! I wish I could give a higher rating, I could not be more impressed with this place. A dishonest and/or incompetent Pep Boys told me that my a/c compressor needed to be replaced last May, and quoted me about $1,300 for the repair. I brought my vehicle to Jeff at Price Rite on 3/21/16, and was very happy with everything. He confirmed that my compressor was in fact just fine, the problem was a leaky hose. He could have easily charged me closer to $1,000 for my "faulty compressor", but since he is an honest businessman, he didn't. Instead, he replaced the leaky hose, added freon, and now my a/c is super cold! (I'll add that due to the embellished quote from Pep Boys, I drove around with no a/c all last summer for no reason.) In addition, Jeff diagnosed and fixed an overheating issue, changed my oil, rotated my tires, replaced all 4 brake pads, and machined all my rotars/drums. Out the door I paid $804 for everything. The customer service and communication from Price Rite is outstanding. They are very polite and informative. Jeff called me a few times during the day to let me know what was going on, and he wanted to email me detailed estimates for everything he was thinking we might need to do. I will always go to Price Rite for auto repairs, it's such a relief to have found a place that I can trust! read more

Im so glad I found this place. Its convenient for me, as they are located right on 7th St, just a bit north of I-17, so its a nice, quick drive to get there off the highway. Their website shows the tires, sizes, prices, and availability. Simply call them with the item number, set up an appointment, and show up. I got a set of used tires in a hard-to-find size (215/45/17), and was in and out of the shop in about 35 minutes. No hassles, no haggling, just straight forward, honest business. Excellent website that allows you to see the exact tires you can purchase. Do a little research and find the tires you're interested in, then you will need to call for an appointment. After I made my appointment, I arrived to find the tires I called about waiting for me in the lobby. Very helpful staff, they even brought out a 2nd pair so I could compare. No pressure, no trying to upsell me. The price (tax and everything) quoted to me over the phone was the exact total. They even mounted and balanced the new (used) tires and disposed of my old tires for no additional charge. I was in and out in less than an hour. I probably saved $200 by buying used (decent) tires. These people were very friendly and provided me with excellent customer service that is very difficult to find. Found used tires for sale on craigslist, added by here, so I checked them out. Admittedly, I was a little hesitant to go to downtown Phoenix for auto work, last time I did that I got some really shady work, and felt like I needed to lock everything in my glove box. However, this place is awesome. The outside is not shiny and "impressive" like Firestone has the money to waste on, relatively cheap sign, barbed wire fence, stacks of used tires, small gravel front parking area, BUT the inside is very clean and well kept. The moment you walk in you get the feeling that it's a good business. All the staff that I dealt with were great, the front office manager (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) was helpful on the phone and in person. Jeff, I'm guessing is the lead mechanic, was very helpful and straight forward with everything. There was no scary upsell gimmicks trying to change my oil or replace perfectly fine brake pads. The work actually took 30 minutes, in and out. In comparison, it took 1 hr 45 minutes to get a roadtrip safety inspection done at Firestone a couple weeks ago, and once they had my keys and the car jacked up, asked if I wanted to do an oil change, or a transmission flush, replace my wipers.... The price here was more than fair, two used still-good tires, balanced and mounted for $108. Put 100 miles on the car so far, everything rolls smooth, couldn't be happier. I live 45 minutes away, with no traffic, and I'll drive back to them when it's time to throw on 4 brand new tires, that's how much I liked them. read more
