Some stands are pretty expensive not all however. You can tell when people are trying to get over on you lol. In that case keep it pushing and don't give them the time of day! Pretty cheap overall most things ! I'd recommend for the memories and you get pretty good stuff for cheap SOMETIMES! Try it out ! Will get more pictures next time around ! It is an easy show to set up, work, and pack up. I do it when I do not have another event scheduled. Unfortunately that may only be once a year. I came here to see what her next show date is as I would like to sell this weekend or one of the next 2 weekends. Unfortunately, her next show is Fathers Day & I have set that aside as a family day. This is also a rebuttal to another Yelper's review: 1) It is NOT a food festival. It is in a City park. There must be at least 10 (probably 15-20) restaurants within 1 block in all directions. Among them is the high quality Skipolini's Pizza & the very popular Spaghetti Factory. It is an antique faire with some new products. I doubt that the City even allows her to have food vendors. The bureaucracy with the Health Dept also can be an unnecessary headache. We always eat at Skipolini's after we close our booth. It is part of why I like coming here...the good local food. 2) The City controls the rent in the sense that they do not give her the space for free. I've never known a govt agency to underprice rent & they usually inflate the rent. He claims that she charges $90 rent. I visited her website & see the posted rent is $75. 3) The Yelper complained that a Seller didn't accept his offer. Wow. It is not a flea market. Perhaps the Seller knows the market value better than this Yelper? His complaint didn't seem to be focused on one Seller but several. That tells me that he has unrealistic ideas. 4) The Yelper also complained that there were not enough vendors. I agree the park could hold more vendors. I encourage other vendors to show. Perhaps since this Yelper sees the competition as having high prices...it may be an opportunity for him to sell & offer lower prices?

I've gone here on multiple occasions, and it's rare that I leave the store empty handed. They have such a vast amount of inventory, it's easy to lose track of time while you're browsing! They are a two story shop. On the first floor, to the right of the shop entrance, you'll find a lot of gemstone/agate type pieces, along with books and random pieces of decor. Glassware and cookware is also found on this floor, as well as jewelry and a massive record selection toward the back right. Upstairs is home to sections of hot wheels toys, sports memorabilia and jerseys, and an array of other collectible items. Checkout is always such a breeze with anyone who works there. They approach everyone who comes in their shop to ask if they need help with anything, which is always so appreciated! Everyone who works there is so well-versed in the antique world, so it's nice to strike up conversations about what you've picked up, or get suggestions if you're looking for certain pieces. Everything is pretty decently priced. I'm by no means an expert on what antiques should cost, but I feel like the cost of every item I've brought home was well worth it. There is always something new to see when you come to Antique Corner! This is an absolute must visit in Martinez!

On occasion, they will have their giant inflated Pikachu right out in front of the little shopping center area, so you can't miss it when that happens. What do they sell here? Kind of a little bit of everything really. There's toys, plushies, video games, models, figures, and of course Pokemon cards along with other stuff. Lots of fun stuff for all, and for all ages too as they have quite a bit of retro stuff floating around here. The place does remind me quite a bit of the kind of set-up I would see in Japan and stuff, where display cases are all over, with stuff just sprawled out inside of them for people to look and peruse over. There really aren't too many of these places like this anywhere nowadays. Good nostalgia just from that perspective. Makes it fun. How is the pricing of everything? Actually reasonable for most things I saw here. There were some things that seemed to be fairly overpriced, but it was mainly for the rarer stuff which is understandable, but still pretty far over the market price elsewhere (online and such). But the general stuff sold here were all fair enough for a physical store. The service here, I actually didn't really interact with them much. While I was walking around the store I did hear customers converse with the staff and it seemed friendly enough, so I assume it's fine. They seemed eager to help when people walked up to the counter-adjacent areas, so there's that. Though I didn't walk out with anything the first time I visited the place, finally, I certainly almost wanted to grab something quite a few times as I was making my way through there. Will definitely be back at some point later.

I bought some hand made soap that I just couldn't live without because of how yummy it smelled (my husband chuckled at me as I batted my eyelashes at him to purchase it for me). I also found the CUTEST soap holders. A little basket and one that looked like a old fashioned sink faucet. Super cute! I honestly would love to decorate my WHOLE house with the cute local artist finds that are sold at Kaits. I can't wait to visit again! If you adore vintage and local craftsman work, visit Kaits! It's totally worth it!!

It's got a beautiful mix of antique, vintage and vintage inspired wares from a variety of sellers. I saw so many unique paintings, decorations and even furniture that was reasonably priced. Super friendly staff who welcomed us in, pointed out how they are set up and encouraged us to look around. New items come in regularly, I believe. On the day I visited, I had in a mind a particular sized painting-either framed or canvas for a certain wall space. They didn't happen to have it, but I saw plenty of other beautiful decorations that my budget, right now, won't allow for. If you are looking to add a bit of vintage charm to your home, stop here first. They have a beautiful selection, great prices and are a wonderful local business to support!

I deduct one star because I have been in the antique design industry for 8+ years with an Etsy store of my own. I also work at an antique store in Pacheco..... so I have some background knowledge here. No fault to the gals helping me but I was told discounts are not often given and when I asked about two pieces totaling roughly $50 ($28+$19) a $3 discount was given. That's less than tax. Again the gals working cannot control the dealer pricing HOWEVER competition is steep. When I can and did find similar items online and it cost less to buy and SHIP to me... perhaps the dealers should take that into account and price fairly. I recognize they are paying Walnut Creek rent for their space but folks won't continue to "shop local" if prices are obnoxiously higher than online. That being said the painted furniture prices are outstanding the work is really well done.
