Racism and discrimination. This is the only place I've been shopping in for months. Me and my Jamaican friend walked in, about a minute into us being in there my friend pointed out that the security guy was following us, and we even made eye contact with him a few times. They also had sales guy following us. I told my friend , we got nothing to worry about since we didn't do nothing wrong and since I come here all the time. Once I was at the cashier and started to pay for my items. The security guy comes up and says he saw me put something in my left pocket. I was shocked at the accusation and felt very disrespected and embarrassed. I emptied my pocket and he gave me a quick "sorry" and walked off smirking. I told the manager what happened and he was unfazed and didn't really wanna hear it and from his response you can tell this is something they do on the regular to people. There has been no accountability taken by this place. If you stand against racism and discrimination, I highly suggest you don't come here. I am looking into filing a civil suit against this place as well. read more

I bought a wax pen from them a few days ago and it has already died twice. I called this morning and they told me that they could exchange it for a new one and so I drove all the way over there for the manager to be extremely rude to me. He put the pen on a charger and made me sit there and wait for five minutes to then tell me he couldn't refund/exchange. I've never been to a dispensary where anyone especially the MANAGER was rude to me. very unhappy, won't be coming back. i'll take my business elsewhere. read more

All you veterans who like to enjoy your THC I am very happy to recommend this place. Ty the manager was extremely helpful, kind and was not afraid to hook up promotional stuff without me even prompting him to which I find at most dispensaries if you even ask they tell you "sorry we don't do those things here" and you know they do they just don't want to at that point in time but this manager just kept throwing stuff in the bag haha and it wasn't just that they were professional, courteous and at the end when they rang it all up the most awesome scenario played out. A scenario that at every other dispensary i have tried turns out completely the opposite; the cost was drastically lower than I had estimated. I can't tell you how many times when going shopping with my pops (I am permanently disabled and so I am lucky enough to have very supportive family who take me to these dispensaries) we have left the register feeling like we had just been ripped off. You get in line believing you are getting a certain discount only to get to the register to find out that deal doesn't apply for a variety of different reasons. But by then you have already waited in line and in your head you have already purchased your favorite strain and have imagined yourself kicking off your shoes and flipping on your favorite show or video game; for all tense and purposes you have already bought it. Well, my friends fear not. When I got to the register this time I put money back in my wallet and more "tip" money found its way into the jar. Everyone is happy! To end this review I'd also like to throw a shout out to Jetty Extracts and their line of cartridges. That product has literally changed my life for better and I definitely recommend it. Taxes are always ridiculous. Came back on 4/20 to give this place another shot, trash goodie bags valued at 50-60$ idk where they came up with 100$ worth on their advertising. It was a crappy 20$ eighth, a bogus infused rolling paper, a thc shot glass drink (the size of a 5 hour energy drink) Taxes were up the ass, left details out on promotions, lines were absurd as I waited in a 6 person line for at least 40 minutes. Never coming back again, trash prices/taxes for garbage products that you can get for 20$- at any other competitor. I proceed to shop and then when I tried to pay with my credit card, it didn't work cause they don't actually take mastercard. I visited the store for the first time about a week ago. Was very pleased at the selection and also 50% off promo. Selected some sativa and a preroll. Pleased with the price but the product was very dry and crumbly. Looked almost like shake. Rolled one up and noticed it was burning very fast and not very effective. Maybe I got the wrong product .
