Well, I said I would give them another chance, and they did not disappoint. I have been back to Buzzing Cuisine around 5-6 times since my first poor experience and the quality of food has been consistently good, if not getting progressively better? I have had a lot of Indian food, and this is still some of my favorite in Arizona. My go-to order here is usually between the malai kofta, shahi paneer, lamb korma (please try this), and the chicken 65. I find medium spice to be the perfect level of heat. The depth of flavor in their curries are incredible. The shahi paneer in particular is a great example of how precise their process must be. You can genuinely taste the combination of every spice used, and it feels like they used the perfect ratio. There are so many different notes of flavor and not a single one seems to be drowning out the other. The same can even be said about the chicken 65, but the curry is where this really shines. Also they've been really good about their rice, it was the perfect texture the last few times we've been. I can't comment on the service in-restaurant since my girlfriend and I are the kind of people to get takeout and watch a movie, but I will say the carryout ordering process has gotten significantly smoother. Ordering on the phone seems to be the way to go, and I have not had any of my orders messed up. I have had a couple times where I was awkwardly waiting for someone to be ready to help me get my order, but the wait time has generally been WAY better (like literal seconds), and staff are friendlier. Overall I would probably give a 4.5. Due to how good it is, and more importantly, how *consistently* good it's been, we've pretty much gone here every time we want Indian. read more

The name on the building may seem confusing but from 7am-2 it is Cafe Morning Buzz, serving breakfast and lunch. Then from 4-9:30 it is Buzzing Indian Cuisine serving only Indian eats.... We came for dinner on a Saturday night for Indian food. We were greeted when we walked in and seated right away. The restaurant is spacious, clean and modern. There is a bar with TVs all around playing Indian videos which I liked. Menu had a good variety of the standard Indian fare. We ordered the gobi manchurian, chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, dal and garlic/butter naan. Our food came out in a good, timely manner. I was surprised they only gave us one bowl of rice for all these dishes and our family of 5. Lols But they gave us another bowl when we asked. I tried to go to the Instagram advertised lunch buffet. It's also posted on their website. I called to double check the hours on Wednesday and was told there is no buffet. The woman said they tried it for a week, but there were no plans to continue it past that first week? So...don't go and expect a lunch buffet. read more

Ordered takeout twice I have to say this and I totally mean it without any hesitation: THE BEST Lamb Biriyani I have had thus far outside of India .. also got Chicken Saag and it was awesome. Ordered Lamb biriyani again later it was consistently perfect and so flavorful . Chaat was wonderful even as a takeout .. I am so glad this place is in Gilbert and I hope they stay until I die coz they are that good folks thank you thank you to the owner and the chef . From a lifelong loyal customer . A wonderful secret gem of Indian cuisine in a shopping center that shares the dinner with a breakfast/brunch establishment. They didn't have butter chicken on the menu but they offered to make it for me which I appreciated but told the. I would find something on the menu. Per my server's recommendation I went with chicken tikka masala a with medium heat and it was fantastic! Service was fast, attentive and friendly. First off I should give for the whole concept of catering to two kinds of menu and audience. In the morning and afternoon they serve American breakfast and brunch. In the evening they switch to Indian cuisine. How unique is that! Indian food is served only in the evening. We went on a Wednesday night for dinner. The place was pretty much empty but they were busy with the online orders. We went with inji puli wings for starters and Indian beers for drinks. Inji puli is a ginger sweet sour Indian style wings and it was delicious. We enjoyed the gush of flavors. For the main course we ordered Palappam, goat curry, fish nirvana and Kerala paratha. Everything was excellent, we enjoyed the goat curry. The fish was rich cooked in coconut milk. Palappam was soft and reminded us of India. We enjoyed every dish. We were happy to see kids menu with smaller portion of butter chicken, this was hit. We are always so bored of serving chicken tenders to kids. This was perfect. The pricing is as per the market around. The service impeccable and personal. Overall a must visit to try some authentic Kerala food. I do want to try their brunch menu sometime. read more

Unfortunately, the customer service here is horrible when we order on Clover we were given our order wrong twice. Now we spoke to the owner a week ago and we were told he would make it right the next time we ordered. No this did not happen and our order was wrong again. The samosas were sooo good! The butter chicken my husband got was really good. I had lamb vindaloo and it was delicious! Would highly recommend. Server was also very nice and professional. The food is tasty (great flavors). We started with the beet and avocado salad. Everything was fresh and glad to have something different. Then the Inji Pulli Wings, baked chicken wings. The tamarind flavor is amazing. For the entree we had saag chicken, creamy spinach sauce. The spices did not disappoint. As a side, we had garlic naan. The service was good. Very clean place as well. We tried this restaurant as a last minute option as we were in the SanTan area. We found it odd there was an Indian restaurant co-located inside a breakfast place. Ambiance was decent and it seemed maybe they were down staff as they only had 1 person working the dining room. We saw our food sit on the counter waiting for it be delivered to our table. As the waiter was placing our food on his tray to bring to our table, we saw him then sit a party of 4. Needless to say our food was cold and flavors were not the greatest. So, these guys hustle to provide a broad variety throughout the day and week just to be able serve some of the traditional Kerala cuisine that you can't easily find anywhere else. This might be the best Indian food I've ever had! We had the lamb korma and the saag (palak) paneer and the paneer/masala naan. Everything was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned. The paneer cheese had a delightful chewy bite. The naan was out of this world--that alone could have been my meal! Great texture and full of herbs. Service was excellent. Food was excellent and seriously the best Chicken Tikka Masala I've ever had. The cauliflower small plate Gobi Manchurian was very savory and crispy. All the dishes we ate tasted very fresh. Unfortunately, I had to change my review after twice now this restaurant has given us Naan instead of Kerala Porotta. Last week spoke to the owner and said he could not refund us because we used clover. But we would make it on the house the next time. So tonight, I use clover again, but showed up in person to get some extra Kerala Porotta and the man waiting on me assured that he put Kerla Porotta in but got home and it was Naan again. Once again I called and asked for the owner but got someone else you said he can not refund us due to clover. I asked if we would deliver the Kerla Porotta since we live near by and he said that would be the right thing to do but we will not do that. Did not care to lose our business but we were coming here often but we do not care for bad customer service so we will not be back. read more

New Indian restaurant in Gilbert. The place was big and nice. We ordered mango lassi, aloo tiki chat, pau bhaji , Kashmir rice, goat curry and garlic naan. The allo tiki chat was good. The pau bhaji was too salty and too oily. Especially the pau had too much butter on it but was not toasted. Kashmir rice was interesting, not sure if the strawberry was part of the ingredients as it made the rice sweet. Then the goat curry was OK but too salty again. read more
