I had to bring it back in and it took about a month and a half more to get everything fixed on top of having it already being worked on for a couple weeks prior to that. I originally was talking to them about putting some new lights on the bike, but after going through a lot of of issues with them, I was very unhappy and told them that I didn't want to do any of that anymore. They went ahead and changed all my lights to lights that look like crap and it's a total disaster. My headlight is like half as bright as my old high-beam And on top of that, they screwed up the light indicator so that it just constantly looks like I have my high-beams on. Clearly they were just trying to make me a little bit happier so I wouldn't leave a bad review but they ended up doing what I did didn't want them to do anyways, and took many many days extra to do all this extra stuff that I didn't want them to do. I mean, who does that really!? It's such a violation.. i told you I didn't want to do anymore business with you and just settle up. If I could I would have gotten out of the deal but we had gone to far and so I went along with it but to go behind my back to do that extra stuff is just so silly and disrespectful. I will never be going to this place. It's new ownership. The old guy was good, but this younger couple are terrible at this. Do not deal with this company at either location in my opinion as they are owned by the same people. $1000+ bill later and two months later, I'm completely dissatisfied. I purchased a scooter on 4/22/23 for $1298, but only had $1200 so "they offered" to allow me to pay the remainder $98 when I returned for my first oil change. Well, my first oil change never came because on 4/23/23 (30 hours later) I was struck by a car and the scooter was destroyed, for which I informed Florida Powersports of the incident. On 5/16/23 I returned to Florida Powersports to purchase another scooter and during the payment transaction Wally "reminded" me that I still owed $98 from the balanced on the wrecked scooter; and I acknowledged him. Once I returned home after completing the purchase I realized Wally charged me $1398. So, I called up there to inquire about the price and Wally pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up. So, the next day I went there and asked Wally when did they go up on their prices for the scooters, and why didn't he inform me of the price difference. Wally says, I always charge $1398 for them. I couldn't help but ask, "if you always charge $1398 then why when I purchased my first scooter did you charge me $1298?" Wally says, "I guess "he" gave you a good deal." (LOL, Wally was the one who told me the price of the scooters the first time I went there). So I couldn't help but call him an F...ing liar (yes, too his face). Needless to say, they did not ask for the $98 at the first oil change, but they did sabotage my bike because all of a sudden i am having troubles with it starting, it's revving high and now it doesn't even work. I had a…read morehard time getting use to the bike at first and the owner was helping me figure out the controls on the bike. We rode around the main road and the little neighborhoods and then went to Caddy's on the beach. On the ride back I ended up scraping my toe and the owner and his wife gave me bandaids and stuff to clean up. We ended up talking to them for almost an hour after we turned in the bikes. They are so personable and just the sweetest. Definitely made my vacation. I highly recommend renting from them.
