Buyer Beware West…read moreCoast Powersports sold me a ski that doesn't even float! They wouldn't let me water test it, assured me if I had issues that they stand behind their products. Their exact words "were not some dirt lot company". Guess what? They lie straight to your face. I purchased a 2019 Ultra 310 with only 12 hours. I put $7500 down, paid all their BS dealer fees, taxes and prep fees, then immediately paid another $1000 towards the remainder balance of $6800. I ran the ski in a no wake zone for 1.5 hours the first day I purchased it. Unfortunately, we had bad weather that week so I couldn't comfortably take it out in the gulf. The second day I put another 1.5 hours on it in the same no wake zone. The third day was nice weather so I finally took it out for a real ride. Loaded the lady and myself and we went under the skyway bridge. On the way back I finally gave it full throttle for the first time. It immediately started having a bad vibration and I turned around to limp it back to the dock. On the way back it started sinking!! I barely managed to beach it on a sandbar and had to call SeaTow for a rescue. At this point I've put 4 hours of ride time on the ski! I brought the ski to the Jet ski repair shop hoping it would be something minor. They took the intake apart and verified it had water in the motor. I had them button it back up and immediately took it back to west coast powersports. Guess what they said? "There's no water in the oil" and the ski is in good shape, that maybe I left the plugs out or didn't flush it properly. I told them I have video proof of water in the oil and they need to service it and find the leak. They said they would send it off to a specialist that would repair it. A week later I pick up the ski and take it straight to the dock. Not to my surprise, it started sinking immediately. I took it straight back and they sent it back to their "specialist". A few days later they call me saying they'll get me into a brand new ski. Sounds good right? Well, they ran my credit without my authorization for a ski I didn't even want. Then they tried to roll over the $5800 negative equity into their new ski. Plus, they wanted to charge me another $2k in taxes and dealer fees on top, essentially meaning I'm out almost $10k within a week, and paying almost $27k for a ski they have listed for $15,600. The audacity of them to think someone would do this is absurd. Also, they have the ski listed on their website for $15,600 but they tried selling it to me $1000 more with a 7% interest. I declined the offer and at that time they stated that I damaged my ski after the purchase. Turns out the entire intake plate was half ass siliconed on. They literally said I caused the damage, tried to repair it, then brought it back to them! I went back to West Coast Powersports today to pick up the ski, I raised hell, I asked for the service report from their "specialist" and they refused. They called the cops and trespassed me from their property. Leaving me with a $14k ski that doesn't float and has water in the motor. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Don't support businesses like this!

So disappointed in this company. i bought a can am back in…read more2023. Buying a 3 year oil change Joel the service manager was terrific. I made an appointment for my last oil change. Driving 100 miles one way. Giving them a weeks notice. They said ok bring it in. I did just that. Then they say oh we don't have the part & we really don't do this anymore. What? 200 mile RT for nothing. I am now with A can am Dealerships in Ocala that has been terrific. I would never recommend IMotorsports after this fiasco

Would have left no stars if possible!!…read more I have tried calling them multiple times about this but they are sending straight to voicemail. If could I'm prove something it would be to not lie to their customers and disclose the whole truth!!! First off the post and the actual ski they had posted were two different skis not even the same color. I was interested in their 2016 rxpx 300 and they were selling for 9000$. Which they had listed with 12 hours on the ski. I drove all the way from Ohio to look at. On the way there they have informed me that they posted wrong pictures and the one I was buying was actually a 2021 seadoo wake pro 170. So they said they will sell me this one for this price. I went back in the link to find the posting and they updated it to the actual rxpx Jetski. Which I seen when I was there, and it was too beat up that nobody would pay 9000$ for it. I have a video of the ski too!! When buying the ski yesterday asked if I could go test drive it before buying and sounded like they would take it out for me but then said they would close before getting it done. So was not able to test ride the Seadoo Jetski 2021. They informed me the mechanic has done a thorough test through the ski and nothing was mechanically wrong and everything was sound no issues. So idiot that I am I believed them!!! So I have finally made it home and wanted to test the ski in the water, and when I placed ski in the water within 2 minutes of having it run in the water the engine light came on! Ecu module error popped up! Engine was stuttering. Basically a shit ton of issues that they never mentioned or told me!!! If possible I'd stay away from this shop if I were you!! The guys at the shop were nice yes, but to not disclose such a major issue with the ski is a scam and honestly I'd drive all the way back to Florida and return it for my money!!
