For my Powder Brow PMU effect she used Biotek pigments from Milano Italy, that are excellent in color while safe for the skin. Using an ink that was for the skin was very important to me. I have gotten my brows microbladed twice before already: The first time was by a downtown Seattle artist I would never return to, the second time elsewhere was somewhat decent but not quite what I had in mind, the third time with Whitney was hands down the best and exactly what I was going for: natural hair strokes and fluffy brows. I don't have to draw them in anymore as I did with my previous microblades, but I do like to apply some brow gel/serum to give them that freshly laminated look. I can't wait to get them redone every 2 years. I'll never let anyone else touch my brows ever again. And then I got addicted and got my hairline microbladed, my scalp microbladed, my eyeliner done, and next? It was easy peasy. When you drive to this location, their shops look like an apartment structure. Don't be fooled like I was and drive past it. I circled around and easily found it. Lee was super nice when I arrived. Since it takes about an hour plus to get the eyelash extensions, she asked if I needed to visit the ladies room first. I put my bag down and she put a blanket on top of me. She was really nice in putting me at ease about getting eyelash extensions since it was my first time doing it. It initially felt a little awkward since she puts tape to hold your eyelash and all that in place. She was very gentle and delicate and it never hurt throughout the entire process. She also periodically checked in to see if I was okay, I really appreciated that. I got the mink eyelashes and asked that they look as natural as possible. She did a fantastic job and I loved it. There was a slight sting when she put on the glue but the sensations subsided eventually. I even fell asleep while she was putting on the extensions. One thing that I totally appreciated about Lee's services was that she sanitized her hands before she got started. When she went to answer the phone, after she came back, she sanitized them again. Sometimes people forget and then they go about touching your face. I really thought that was a) very hygienic b) professional of her to do so. After she removed the tape, she gave me a gentle massage on my face and I was off. It felt like I had something in my right eye at first but that nuisance feeling went away. I love my eyelashes and definitely thought it was an excellent deal to have some fun and change my look slightly.
