Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options.
