We combined a family wedding with an end of summer vacation with my entire family. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo on the 10th floor. My family consists of three adult couples, an infant (9 month old), a four year old, one of my daughter in law is expecting and my wife and I are not young people. The elevators were not working 2 of the 3 days we were there. On the day of our departure the elevator was not working and we had to make several trips up and down the ten flights carrying all of our luggage. I wouldn't be upset if we had not checked not only with the property itself but also with the property management company and was told the elevator was in working order and we would not have any issues. I truly believe we were not told the truth regarding the elevator. The condo itself had a beautiful view but there were some issues. The toilet in common bathroom leaked a significant amount of water every time we flushed so we had to use the towels provided to keep the floor dry. We called the maintenance and while he was friendly enough he was not able to fix the problem. There was also black mold in the cabinets in the common bathroom. In addition to the black mold in the common bathroom, the master bedroom closet also had black mold in it. The mirrored wall in the master bedroom was cracked which presented a danger to my family. The freezer seal had mold growing on it so obviously had not been cleaned in some time. I'm extremely disappointed and feel like this vacation was ruined by the property owners and the property management company. read more
