I called many times, leaving v-msgs and no call back. I called around June 19th, alerting him I'm ready and still didn't get a call back. I just placed an order with another company for about $2K worth of merchandise. They might be good once they "accept" you but trying to get a hold of them has been difficult beyond reason. Long story short: My boyfriend went through the trouble of designing a couple T-shirts on Photoshop. 300 DPI, etc. (We're both graphic designers, we know how printing works.) Shirt 1 was a vector penguin face... simple enough. it was pretty obvious that they cut out the shapes and ironed them. However, the mouth was flipped upside down and there was a visibly difference in the "sheen" of the black parts of the face which created a line. Think of a puzzle piece. Now perhaps they printed the black on 3 separate sheets, but that doesn't mean it's OK for quality. Shirt 2 was a turtle face. For a custom print shirt where the design was originally brightly colored... the shirt print turned out super faded. Also the lettering was abnormally pixelized. Printing normally does that, but this was very obvious and that was not the original intent of the design. Mind you, he paid $60 for 2 shirts, neither which are good quality. Maybe it was his fault for falling for planted reviews on Google... but please take your business elsewhere, like My Favorite T-Shirts, which is also in the mall. Or the internet. When my boyfriend went back to complain (which he hardly ever does)... all they offered was a free T-shirt. No partial refund for a crap job? Seriously guys, you're suppose to specialize in custom clothing.
