This company was recommended to me by another realtor with raving reviews. I called them and got the inspection quote and appointment immediately from Charlie. They communicated well throughout the whole process. After the Inspection, they also did some of the repair work needed and fumigation. Their work was great and really well priced. The owner personally came and explained everything they were about to do. They worked with my limited schedule and always made sure we were happy. The quote we received for fixing the findings didn't include the paint but the owner Stephen went out of his way and went to the store to get our paint color matched and gifted us a free bucket of paint in that color. Now that's what you call great customer service. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I am given advanced notice of the scheduled visits with an opportunity to reschedule if needed, and on the day of the appointment, I am contacted by the technician to let me know that he is on his way. Ryan, and the other technicians assigned to my account, take great care not to harm any vegetables or fruit trees in my yard when spraying the perimeter. Ryan provides extra touches like removing cobwebs around my doors, windows and light fixtures. I highly recommend the services of Next Generation and especially Ryan!

He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Ian is the owner of the company. From my experience with him in this short while , I've learned he is a family man with astounding integrity. Second, I did not contact this company Cal-View Property Inspections casually or without cause. I reached out because there were serious ongoing concerns in my home, involving exposed walls, abnormal air quality, and conditions that affected my family's health and safety. At the time, children were living in the home, and the wall area had remained exposed for an extended period. The inspection was not the cause of the problem. It was conducted because I needed answers about conditions that already existed inside the unit. The inspection helped confirm that mold concerns were present in the air and on surfaces within the home, including in my daughter's bedroom. After the inspection, I pursued code enforcement. That process resulted in multiple code violations being identified, and repairs were required. My family was displaced as a result of the condition of the home, not because of anything this company created. The statements suggesting improper motive or lack of professionalism do not reflect my experience. I hired this company because I needed an independent assessment, and from my experience they were professional, responsive, and helpful during an extremely stressful situation. This company did not create the conditions in my home. They documented them. I am grateful I contacted them.

I have been using Byrd pest for well over a year now. When I first had him come out, we lived in Westley and had a terrible ant problem that I spent many weeks trying to solve myself. I had enough after the darn things broke into our pantry and was in just about every single thing we had in there. He came out, sprayed, and by the next morning they were gone, and spiders we didn't even know we had started coming out to die. We moved to Patterson into a rental at the beginning of this year. The rental we moved into was unknowingly infested with roaches. Horrifying. We had him come out and in case you didn't know, roaches also come out to die. It was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen. Waking up the next morning, let's just say I thank God I had my slippers on. The bottom floor was covered in dead or dying roaches. In a panic I asked him to come and spray again just to be safe. He did at no charge, and for a couple more days they came out and died. Thankfully we haven't seen a trace of one since, but we make darn sure we keep up with him spraying! His price, which is very reasonable, is very worth it. Not only is John genuinely interested in his field--in the knowledge of insects and issues of pest control--he solves the issues presented with a special sense of skill, care, and thoroughness that speaks of his dynamic relationship to his work as well as to the clients that he gladly serves. John additionally went above and beyond the issue of ant control to eliminate some spider webs that he noticed around the house--an issue which, if not taken care of, might have easily continued to attract other types of insect activity. Not only is John good at what he does, delivering excellent resolve and results, he does so with relational sincerity, lightheartedness and cheer, and a natural kindness. JJ did a great job on an inspection in Gustine for us. We told JJ what issues we were concerned with, and he checked those our and provided a comprehensive list of issue and how to resolve them. JJ was really great in communicating with our 90 year old relatives about what needed to be done and what was best for them. Will be happy to have JJ continue providing pest control for us. JJ followed up last week's inspection and completed the work with treatment outside the house, removed spiders and wasps nest, helped us in identifying a rodent issue and how to get it resolved, and advised on outside changes to minimize roach and ant problems. Good communicator and worked with with our relatives. The work was reasonably priced. Very happy customer and I recommend JJ and Byrd Pest Control. read more

Outstanding! We had another pest control company before we switched to Byrd Pest Management, and the personal level of service that John provided us was awesome. He cleaned up all our cobwebs and even disassembled a piece of our fold up lawn furniture to kill all the black widows inside. He walked outside with my wife to show all the areas he was concentrating on. He proved very knowledgeable and afterward we saw our sidewalk littered with dead bugs and roaches. We started seeing some funky large black roaches in our garage and they were making their way into the house. As a clean freak and mother of a four year old I could not handle this. We called Byrd Pest Control and they came out right away. Since the day John Byrd sprayed we have not had one live roach anywhere inside or outside. We also have not had any issues with spiders or pincher bugs since he sprayed! Byrd took care of my kitchen ant invasion when I first moved to Patterson five years ago. I haven't seen an ant since then. John and his staff are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. For this reason I called them again to sign up for a one year contract to take care of any bug issues. I wouldn't consider using any other service. I always prefer a local provider over a national one as I believe you get a more caring, personalized service. John and JJ deliver. I've had Byrd pest control for my home for about 3-4 months now. Initially we had roaches and other insects that would show up in our home everyday. Initially John came out and made several visits until the roaches disappeared. Garrett came out the last time, he rang the doorbell and explained exactly what he was doing and was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable, put us immediately at ease and wouldn't charge us for unnecessary services.
