They communicated well throughout the whole process. After the Inspection, they also did some of the repair work needed and fumigation. Their work was great and really well priced. The owner personally came and explained everything they were about to do. They worked with my limited schedule and always made sure we were happy. The quote we received for fixing the findings didn't include the paint but the owner Stephen went out of his way and went to the store to get our paint color matched and gifted us a free bucket of paint in that color.
