Craig gave a detailed bid and answered all of my questions. He was so patient. He explained how just updating the cabinet doors, a new paint job, and a countertop would make a big difference. The idea he explained would really make it look like it was completely remodeled. I picked my paint colors, and he was able to show me what the finished product would look like. What also helped was that he explained the types of paint used and which would help last a long time since mine were chipping. I never felt like I needed to come in and check on Craig as he worked. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. Another fantastic project with the Wreedone team…read more This time, we hired them to replace the flooring throughout the majority of our house, tearing out older tile and hardwood that had suffered from previous water-cupping damage. I had manually measured close to 1,700 square feet, but Wil and Spencer utilized a mobile tech scanning tool to map both the floors and walls (for a future paint project) in a matter of minutes. It immediately validated my manual measurements and gave us complete confidence in the project's scope. We chose to vacate the house during the heavy demo and installation. Scheduling-wise, Wreedone was exceptionally punctual, hitting every milestone exactly when they said they would. They carefully moved and secured our heavy furniture, treated our property with immense respect, and ensured everything was locked up tight at the end of each workday. I had the chance to meet the tile installer, Daniel, and his crew. Daniel is a true craftsman--he noticed minor pattern differences in the tiles and expertly blended them so the installation looks perfectly seamless throughout the house. A true professional! Spencer also brought some great problem-solving to the baseboards. Because the new floors sat a bit lower, reusing the old baseboards would have left a noticeable paint gap along the walls. Factoring in the labor to patch and paint that gap, it was actually more cost-effective to install brand-new baseboards, which ended up looking even better than the originals. Given the massive amount of demolition dust, the top-to-bottom post-construction cleaning was incredible. Walls, floors, countertops, ceiling fan blades--everything was spotless! I am also incredibly grateful to Justin and Chase for the daily updates and progress photos, as well as their care in quickly moving the large furniture back into place post-cleanup. Wreedone's methodology isn't just about executing a single task; they deliver a complete, holistic package. They managed every aspect of this project to deliver a high-quality result that gave my wife and me exactly what we wanted while protecting our overall investment. Well done!
