We came home to a freezing house. Thankfully none of the water lines froze, but I didn't realize till after the house warming up with space heaters, I had broken lines in my heating. So I called Sinnott's Plumbing. And the owner Paul answered. I explained my situation that I have 6 kids, one of them a one year old, and he said he'll be right down. He didn't send one of his guys, he came to my house personally t ok help me. Mind you, this is Christmas Day December 25th!!! After a cancelled appointment where I didn't find out that tech wasn't coming until after the two-hour window had ended, I finally got a tech to look at my issue two days later after the cancelled appointment, from the original contact about a week. The job hardly took an hour for one person and the labor charge was out of this world expensive, I would have expected that cost for two people for half a day. Also after the tech had left, I went into my basement and noticed that he never cleaned up his mess, a quick courtesy sweep or at least a pick up of the large pieces of garbage would have been appreciated. It is only two stars because the job is finally done. I wouldn't recommend.
