That alone tells me their treatment is actually working. I'm not sure what they're using in their spray, but whatever that active ingredient is... don't change it. Seriously. Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. Also, at this point you'd think the company would offer a credit or do something as an apology for the inconvenience (seriously you stuck your collections agency on me when I had a valid payment on file and you messed up). They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. Lastly, I feel the fee I pay every other month is affordable. Keeping my home pest-free is important. It's a small price to pay for that.
