They were busy as usual so we ordered to go. We ordered a grilled pork banh mi, grilled chicken banh mi, banh cuon, and grilled pork rice plate. Everything was very tasty and delicious. A favorite for Vietnamese food in the area that's for sure. Can't wait til they open their new location soon. Even tho it won't be in CV..I don't mind driving to the Stack. I still need to try their other items including their pho.

My bf and I came an hour before closing and it was packed, but were able to get a seat as soon as we walked in. They have plenty of seating for large groups or smaller parties. The food here never disappoints! Ordered the large rare beef pho with extra beef on the side, the shrimp spring rolls and the fried potstickers. The pho is the best I've ever had. The broth is flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The soup is packed with meat and noodles. The spring rolls are fresh, the ingredients they use really make a difference in quality of the food. The fried potstickers are crunchy and delicious and the sauce they paired it with was sweet and balanced the flavor of the potstickers. Even though it was busy, the kitchen was quick and we had our food within minutes of ordering. This place has so much more than pho, I'll be back to try more from their extensive menu!

I created this Yelp account after I read so many disrespectful and nonsense comments from some of…read moreyou for this restaurant. Somebody has to stand up for these businesses!!! This is what happens when you never hear the word "NO" growing up. I love love love this restaurant. Food is great. Service is great. Yes of course, sometimes the foods are not as good as the usual, but that's normal for any restaurants. We are all humans. We cannot keep 100% quality at all times. Even when you go to a 5-star restaurant, you will be faced with this reality. Get over it! For those people who complain how the prices went up or the quantity went down, you should just stay at home and cook your own food. For some of us who don't have our head up so deep in b*tth*le, we know that prices EVERYWHERE have gone up ever since pandemic. In order for restaurants and other businesses to survive, they need to either increase the price or reduce the quantity. For those who keep saying this is your favorite restaurant but then again you complain about the quantity or the price or both, COOK AT HOME THEN!!! Here is Economy 101. Businesses exist to make money. I know that it's a BIG SURPRISE for some of you. If they don't make money, they will close. If you don't understand that, maybe you should go back to school. I really hope more people stand up for what's right. Not just for this restaurant, for others as well (whether they are restaurants, car wash, etc). I see so many complaints but rarely anyone defend them.

Flavor was on point. Orders: Eggroll-beautifully crisp, filled w/vegetables & meat, this is a great appetizer we haven't gotten in a while & it didn't disappoint. Pho Rare Steak & Meatball- full of flavor in the broth but as mentioned before it was surprising to see my meatballs cut. Steak was sparse but good. Pho Play is convenient & fast & a place visit periodically.

I was going to get Pho but the Bun Rieu looked pretty appealing and it's not a usual item to be offered so I opted for Bun Rieu. My daughter got garlic noodles with beef instead. Both items were very good and filling. I like the fact that I can choose the size of my Bun Rieu as most places only offer one size and it's usually for Pho rather than Bun Rieu. Might try their Bun Bo Hue next time. The place gets pretty packed around lunch time so it's a good sign that it's a popular joint for lunch. We arrived just after 12pm. If we were a little later, we might not get a table at all. There was plenty of parking in the strip mall. There's a cheap gas Arco just around the corner.

This visit was finally my lucky day, and I'm glad I stuck with it because it was worth the wait. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a comfortable atmosphere. The staff greeted us with a smile, answered our questions, and were friendly throughout the visit. I ordered a bowl of pho with a side of spring rolls, and both were delicious. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were well balanced, and the portions were satisfying without feeling overly heavy. One feature I really appreciated was the ability to choose from a small, medium, or large bowl. It's a nice option whether you're looking for a lighter lunch or a hearty meal. There are still several menu items I'd like to try, so I'll definitely be back. My only suggestion is to be patient if you're driving because parking can be a challenge during busy times. Once you get inside, though, the food and service make it well worth the effort.

This is my local go-to spot for Vietnamese sandwiches and drinks for take out…read more I've visited for over a decade and appreciate how their food is no nonsense and solid. They are consistently very good at what they do! Sure, this isn't cutting-edge, fusion type of Vietnamese sandwiches and drinks but through all these years their tradition of delicious foods are stellar. In addition to their various selection of sandwiches and fresh-made drinks/desserts, they also have hot foods at their hofbrau section for various sides of carbs (rice/noodles), proteins, and veggies. Tips: - no credit cards establishment so bring cash for easiest transacting. - try to visit during non-lunch windows as the store gets quite busy. - their rice rolls with pork or shrimp, in addition to their vietnamese rolls are sneaky addictive. I recommend to try this spot if you're ever in the mood for yummy Vietnamese eats!

Their bánh mì is simple in the best way: really good bread, the perfect amount of meat, and a generous amount of fresh, crunchy veggies. Nothing feels overdone, and all the flavors just work together perfectly. $8 for a large sandwich. I also tried nem chua for the first time, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I thought it was really yummy. Next time, I definitely want to try their shrimp rice rolls. I sat in there while I waited for my sandwich to be ready and watched what other people were getting. Everything looks really good and fresh. This is 100% going to become a staple for me, especially since it's so close to home. The ladies that work there seem really nice too.
