C6 Trash Service Update. I tried to cancel and they are saying I am on contract even though I've been w them for about 6 years. Contract auto renews every March on my acct. So now for me to cancel I have to pay 6 months of service and 20 dollar admin fee and prorated amount plus the extra week they are charging me cause it takes them a week to pick up tour Trash can. In between it all I was purposely hung up on for asking questions. Never realized this trash service company was so trashy. Pun intended.. Metro is cheaper and pickup is twice a week as opposed to 1 w C6. Go elsewhere unless u like drama. One of my pet peeves is poor customer service and they have it in abundance. Very unprofessional phone reps. Have a good one. Of Note: You can't file complaint. The rep I spoke to was apparently corporate. Go elsewhere. read more

C6 is awful. They regularly failed to pick up my trash and when they did pick up my trash they placed the bins in the middle of my driveway so when I got home I'd have to get out of my car, move the bins, then park. My neighbors didn't have this problem with Tiger and Republic. To cancel you have to let them know 90 days before the contract start date and the notification needs to be sent certified mail. Customer service is abysmal. They're rude and unprofessional. One person threatened me telling me they knew where I lived. Best thing about C6? Canceling. C6 is trash. Ba dum tss! read more

I wish I could leave no stars!! I'm so disappointed, My trash days are Monday so I put my trash can out on Sunday evening after work. The day came and went and my trash was still full!! Well I emailed them next day and no response, then called twice and finally a lady called back and asked what happened and then told me she was going to have them come pick it up by 7pm that next day! Okay awesome, well after getting home from a long 12 hr shift at the hospital the trash still sat there. Im really upset because I emailed once again and she told me they picked it up!! No its thursday and still sitting there! We will get In trouble for having the trash can at the curb this whole time from HOA ! I emailed and called 3 times today and no response!! I never write reviews but I had to let people know so they don't make the same mistake I did if they don't have to.... This company is Horrible. In my case, apparently C-6 has exclusive rights to my area as I found out today trying to switch waste management providers. As such, I pretty much get the FU vibe whenever I need anything done, because they know they're the only game in town.. The guy you have to speak to is not qualified to be in any sort of customer service role, and knows he's got you over a barrel and likes to exploit that. Pick someone else if you're able. read more

Before they cancelled my service I had over paid them $2.49 and after several months and calls they have yet to refund me the owed me that i had over paid them. If there was a way to give no stars that's what I would do. Do not I repeat do not use this company. First, their customer service is horrible. What I mean is that they don't even have a phone system that will place you in queue to speak with someone. It will tell you leave a message...do that and no one calls back. NO ONE. Then they auto renew your contract without even a notice on a billing statement, you have to cancel within 60 days BUT you can't get anyone on the phone to cancel. I asked a manager to call me...instead got an email. Still no phone call. I am paying $140 just to cancel this service because I despise this company that much. I am telling you do not do it. This company has the rudest telephone girls- they do not represent well. Been with company for 7 years. Gave 8 weeks notice I was moving and still having to deal with their stupidity. Bill was paid up through a whole quarter and not even living at house( it was purchased) and 1 year later- having to deal with a bill stating contract breach- BULLSHIT! Contract was for a year and I meant the terms of said contract. Continued with company for an additional 6 years. I completed a contract, paid bill a quarter ahead and gave 8 weeks notice. Where is a the 0 star option? This company is a joke I canceled 3 Months in advance and I'm still getting bills from them. "Final charge" Final charge for what!!!!???! The absolute worst customer service. They NEVER answer their phones. I will pay this final charge because I would do anything to finally be free from this awful company. I switched to Warrior Disposal and they actually answer their phones and place the trash cans neatly back down on the side of the road instead of throwing trash cans everywhere like c6. Beware! You will not receive any communication. I recently canceled my garbage disposal service with them after never receiving any communication on changes in service. I found out that my pick up was changing from twice a week to once a week from neighbors. Also found out from neighbors they would not be picking up garbage for two weeks after a catastrophic weather/ power outage event where everyone was dealing with food spoilage. No communication and no attempts to make up for the lost service--just because their contract says they can. When I called their office to confirm they were not coming and then consequently cancel, the woman, I believe her name was Brandy, argued with me. This company acts like it doesn't need to communicate, that they are 'fine' if they lose customers. Is that someone you want to have to deal with? read more

Customer service is terrible. I was told 'You signed a contract' aka online agreement when I contacted them to cancel the service (I was not aware of it). The lady on the phone kept repeating the same thing over and over. Also beware, you might end up paying for equipment you never received (a recycle container in my case). I can not express how happy I am with C-6! The garbage men are very nice! Yes, I have gotten to know our garbage men! It's nice to see a friendly face doing a great service for our community. Wonderful customer service!!! The receptionists are very kind and help me every time I call with a question! They try their best to work with our community and as a client, I appreciate that! So C-6 comes HIGHLY recommended by me to all of our neighbors! And a huge plus, they recycle unlike a lot of other companies! Thanks C-6! read more

C6 doesn't understand that their company's job is to dispose of waste. When their truck didn't pick up my trash, their response to to check a gps tracker and state that the customer is lying. They will not send out another truck to pick up the trash they left. They will not dispose of your waste. Jennifer, the alleged supervisor, yells at the customer on the phone like an immature child and quotes to you the gps tracker date rather than listening to the customer, who pays C6 for a service, and fixing the problem. If you can avoid using this useless company, do so. They do not understand the meaning of customer service or the meaning of waste disposal. read more

As a proud retired Military Soldier, I try my very best to stay loyal to a company if I think they are trying. Sadly, C-6 has totally lost my trust! They continually miss my pick up in Stillwater Ranch 78254. And when I call or email I get a load of total BS. All talk and zero action. Get this, the very small print somewhere says if you don't cancel by the 10th of January each year you are guess what.......on for another 12 month contract. I'm leaving out of town tomorrow and my trash that hasn't been picked up in 11 days AND was scheduled for a "special" pick up today is guess what.........yep still sitting by the curb. I should have realized something was up when I had the only C6 trash cans in the neighborhood. Good riddance C6! And now they want to venture out into pest control?? What's next storage units??? DO NOT USE! After signing a contract for new service 2 months in advance, I call them 2 days before service will begin to confirm drop off and they tell me that they cannot service my building because of safety issues. NO ONE from C6 came to speak with me personally to explain any issues or concerns about my property. This should have been addressed before I even signed a contract! I also had to call my rep in order to find this information out. (I should have received a phone call the minute they made this decision) I am now without a trash removal company because of their lack of communication, professionalism, and incompetency. read more

DO NOT USE! We are new homeowners, and at the recommendation of friends, we went with C-6 for out trash service. We were supposed to have had trash cans delivered last week, but we never received them. When I called about it, I was informed that the trash cans were delivered, and if we don't find them, we will be charged for new ones! They don't care about you, even if you're a new customer. If I could give less than one star, I would. Y'all, it pains me to give this review. I'm not normally a mean person, or spiteful, but C6 just...I can't even. Let's start with the Holidays and what a cluster that situation is. We have trash and recycle that pick up on Tuesdays and Fridays. This year, Christmas fell on Tuesday, and so did New Years Day. For some unknown reason, our trash was picked up as scheduled on Friday of Christmas week, but recycle sat untouched. I called C6 on Monday the 31st to ask about recycle. The woman I spoke with was so unhelpful, I struggled to keep it cool with her. She told me the recycle would not be picked up for us until the EIGHTH of January, and the reason was because a payment hadn't gone through in time. 1. False. We paid on time. 2. IF we hadn't, why would trash run as scheduled? It's not two different systems or payments. The following convo was just so ridiculous, I don't know where to start. Long story short, I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one. Get this. There wasn't just "not a manager on duty," but there "is no manager there at all." Really? Ok C6. You win this time. I just gave up and asked that they please pick up the recycle as soon as they could. It's raining outside today, so all of the cardboard, boxes, etc is soaked and probably falling apart. Sorry not sorry. read more

I switched from Tiger to C6 trying to save on money. Very bad idea. C6 gave me one little recycle bin that didn't hold much. My recycle would end up in the street. My regular trash can was smaller than Tigers and they didn't pick up an extra trash can fill like Tiger did. So I upgraded C6 to the bigger recycle bin and it seemed as though my trash can got smaller again. After not being able to fit much in my trash can, I've had it. I called to switch back to Tiger. I called c6 and left them a voicemail. C6 calls me back, woman was nice, she said I was up to date with my bill and to send a certified letter of cancellation to pick up equipment and they'll send me a small bill. Now I'm getting harassed over a breach of contract? I've never agreed to a contract. Their trying to charge me $127.22 Now their emailing me they'll charge me additional charges for not retrieving equipment. They already have the bins!! I'm beyond furious!! I went back with Tiger I'd rather pay a little more to be treated better and their can bins are more durable and they pick up an extra can. Stay away from C6. read more

I am impressed with C6! Set out a crib that I was getting rid of, I had disassembled it as much as I could but there were still some big frame pieces that would not fit in the garbage can, I left them on the curb to deal with it later maybe call someone to haul it off, to my surprise C6 had taken them along with my trash ! I really did not expect them to pick up the bulkier things but they did ! Thanks so much ! read more

Called to discuss adjusting my bill for the ice day that my recycling didn't get picked up and Tamara had no problem telling me that isn't gonna happen because they don't give credit for a act of God. Her rude attitude prompted me to tell her to pick up the containers and she said sure just know you're in a contract and will pay it out. She without question has the worst customer service skills of anyone I have ever encountered. My certified letter goes out tomorrow. read more

Update on my communication. Tried BBB to resolve issue but a business has to care to have BBB help. No suprise they do not belong to BBB. I thought I would have a response from someone from C6 other than Jennifer Wagoner but apparently the people that own this business is letting her be their spokesperson. After responding to BBB without any other communication has picked up my garbage can on March 30th and the worst outcome is probably coming with a bill for breaking the contract! My lesson learned is to check reviews before ordering anything. read more

The staff at the office has scheduled to replace the trash cart twice and both times they have not shown up to take care of the issue of a broken wheel. The trash can keeps falling over due to the wheel popping off when rolling. The cart is too heavy to carry so it's dragging thru the grass tearing up a path. The gentleman at the office tells me that "operations" keep bumping my drop off and I mentioned to him that I literally waved at the the cart guy last Monday on his way to replace a neighbor's cart. Their customer service sucks BIG TIME!!! They never answer the phone and their online pay systems also sucks. They also forget to pick up your trash but of course, they want their full payment ON TIME or they are very quick to charge you a late fee. I am leaving this shitty company. If no starts were an option, Id choose that. Advice to potential customers, just burn your trash; its easier than dealing with C6. Their customer service is horrible. If you try to call, you will be directed to a voicemail; then you may never get a phone call back. Their billing is terrible. They send you a bill in the mail, but oof you're late, they charge a fee and don't pick up your trash until its paid. But, they don't send you a late notice or anything. Also, in the day and age of electronic mail, maybe an email bill or late notice would be advantageous. Finally, cancelling their service takes an act of congress. This place exhibits terrible business practices and beyond horrible customer service. Seriously, go somewhere else for your disposal needs. read more

I have had seven different disposal services in my adult life. The C6 workers that pick up the trash are the absolutely most polite and conscientious people I have ever had. They will chase down any trash that blows away. They make sure my emptied trash can is carefully placed so it doesn't roll down the hill. If I was still in business, I would try to hire them. One additional comment is C6 is the only service I have had that have not been sued by the US government for damaging the environment or illegal dumping. I hope my city keeps using C6. read more

This company has the worst customer service. I was notified on Friday at 430 through email that if I did not make a payment by 5, my service would be put on hold. I immediately tried to contact them by phone with no answer. I tried again Monday with no luck. I left messages on several lines for someone to call me back with no response. I decided to go with another disposal company and wrote to c6 by email. I got a response asking if I was going to move. I told them no, I was discontinuing service and I was told per our contract I had to pay a penalty because I owed them 6 mos of service plus they want a $20 can cleaning fee if I decide to discontinue service. I have had them for over 10 years and told them I never signed a contract and for them to come get my cans. read more

Customer service is terrible, they are not up front about charges, and their "web" system is one of the worst I have ever seen. Cannot access billing, can't tell what credit card is on auto pay, and they don't let you know if there is a problem with the card, I was expected to check my statement to see if it paid or not. Seriously? Can't I look at my statements online? Get with the program, this isn't the 70s anymore. Went with a different company and C-6 continued to bill me even after they picked up my bins! They put you into a contract without telling you since it is in their long agreement somewhere and they do not pout it on the web site. they took away a day of pick up service and only took away less that a1/4 of the price. Very rude customer service, trash was picked up at all different times, then they switched days and split it up without properly notifying our neighborhood. I'm appalled at the attitude from one of the ladies in the office when I spoke to her on the phone. Some days they wouldn't even empty my container completely. Avoid this company all together! They are never consistent and will miss days. When you call to complain you get stuck talking to their nastiest employee, Tamara. She has no customer service skills, lacks empathy, and obviously hate other humans. She will offer no apology for their mistake. I will be sending in my notice to cancel.
