Really bad. Came to our home did something at least they claimed they did and told us the motor was bad on a two year old Maytag washer. Made no sense to me and the lid sensor was about to go bad. Estimate was almost $600. So I looked up a few things on the internet and fixed it myself in about an hour total cost $27. The agitator gear was worn down. That's it. absolute crooks. came out to fix an ice maker supply line. charged stated a minimum charge of $85.00. when they got here he found the line had frozen and burst. it was only 2 inches from a connector.... just cut if off, pull it forward and reconnect. i did it myself in 5 minutes after he left...........so it already cost me $85.00 to get them out, the so called "technician"........sweet jeezus......spends 20 minutes calling somebody to see how much more he could charge. and sure enough they wanted another $75.00 to fix the line. i told him to get the hell out of my house.... i would'nt call this so called "company" for anything!!! read more

Absolute scam artists. They charge a abhorrent service fee just to check out & diagnose a problem, then when they don't figure it out they give you an obvious misdiagnose of a problem and then want to charge you a ridiculous price for it. I called the "tech" out on his bluff and he barely managed to mutter a phony response that was nonsensical. They also use abrasive phone tactics, and appear very unprofessional. A lot of other reviews share the same sentiment, and the positive ones are obviously fake reviews and phony accounts and context. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Keep scrolling when needing someone to fix your appliance. This is an extremely unprofessional, poorly run "business." Someone needs to show them how to set up appointment times, get the information about appliances beforehand, speak to customers, do as they claim to, and not charge an abhorrent fee. We set an appointment time where I was told by dispatch the technician would have everything they needed to fix my washing machine. My appointment time came, and went. I called to see where they were, only to learn my appointment was pushed back two hours. Technician comes late, quotes $350 plus tax, and lets me know they 1) not only don't have what they need 2) would need to come back another day at a unscheduled time. Now, I've wasted an entire work day and still have a broken machine quoted at almost the cost of a new one. Day two comes along and by 10 AM I still don't have a call from them. Finally get a text letting me know they'd come by "sometime in the afternoon." What kind of company makes you wait around for two work days? We decided to cancel any future service with this business. It was definitely not a pleasant phone call letting them know this, although I do appreciate the cancellation of the ridiculous charge when they were so late and didn't have what they promised. read more

This is hands down the worst service I have EVER received. The cane to look at my washing machine (I bought it used and it worked fine till it stopped draining and spinning) the charged me $100 just too look at and wanted $290 for the repair. I told them to go ahead and fix it. The repair guy said he was making two stops and going to pick up the part. This was at 9am. At about 3 he still had not shown up or called. I called them back and they said he would be here. At 4:30 he said he couldn't make it and he would try to work us into the rotation for the next day. My washing machine was making a really horrible noise when I would try to wash a load of clothes. It was a Saturday morning. I tried calling a few other companies but no one was answering. C&C was the only one to return my call, and they returned my call within a couple of minutes. The technician came out the same day. He was able to get here around 2:00, even though they close at 1:00. That shows that they want to help. He knew exactly what the problem was even as soon as he heard the noise and had it fixed within 15 minutes. read more

This was the worst service experience I've had in recent memory, and the most surprising thing is how unapologetic they were through it all. The morning I called about our washing machine not working, they said they could come by later that morning. I called back around 3:30 after not hearing anything all morning. They said they hadn't forgotten about me. Didn't hear anything the rest of that day or the next. The third day they called to say they were coming between 10-12. The Tech that showed up looked at the washer for maybe 3 minutes. He didn't test anything. Simply turned the machine on and watched it turn itself off which we'd described over the phone. He went out to his van, and came back with a $500 quote. He said the main board was bad and asked for payment for the $99 dollar service fee like he was in a hurry. I later called his supervisor who I had been "communicating" with. He was unapologetic and defended the quick diagnosis. Said they're highly trained to be able to quickly diagnose issues. Turns out, I had an issue with my electrical circuit. Absolutely nothing wrong with my washer. We've run dozens of loads through it by simply plugging it into another outlet. I called the supervisor back again. Still not the least bit apologetic. He said he had to go but he'd call me back at the end of the day implying we'd work something out. Not surprisingly, he never called back. I hate that we gave them $100 for their terrible service call and ridiculous misdiagnosis, but I'm very glad I didn't agree to the $500 main board quote. Who knows where things would have wound up since the issue was with the outlet. I would stay away from C&C Appliance Repair. read more

First call, was a pick up and hang up without answering. I figured it could have been a mistake so I called back. Upon answering, I asked if they made repairs on frigidaire freezers. I was told they wouldn't have a tech available for about 4weeks, then an abrupt disconnect. Needless to say I won't be calling again, EVER. read more

I called these guys on Thursday morning to have a gas range installed. They were able to fit me in before the close of business the same day. I thought they did a fine job and cleaned up after themselves well. Pricing was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend, at least for the kind of work I had done. read more

We've used this company a few times over the years, but will be moving on to another company. Their prices are reasonable and we've been satisfied in the past. Their downfall is in their office/scheduling management, but this could be easily fixed. I'm guessing it must be a family friend who was just helping out with scheduling in 2015. Totally don't have their act together! Neither do the repair guys, in terms of keeping a schedule. They are nice enough, just completely disorganized. For one repair, I can't tell you how many weeks it took to fix our refrigerator. They kept forgetting to show up for appointments. It just became laughable. I think this company could get back on track if they can get their scheduling straight and stick to their schedules. read more

Wow, I am really disappointed in this place. I requested they come and repair my dishwasher. They came(2 guys) totally trashed my kitchen, ruined my countertop after having to remove my dishwasher to basically tell me it was not the motor that was initially quoted but just a piece of glass. Now i'm waiting on their insurance company over a month now to get back to me to fix my countertop. Initially the guy said he would glue the pieces back on, but I could do that myself. Not very professional at all, now I have to live with a busted countertop while their insurance company drags their feet. 2 stars is more than enough for this company. read more

This was a "friendly" rip off. When I called them, they quoted me $65 to come out and take a look at my dishwasher. The guy said if there were any repairs needed, then that money would go towards that. After looking at my dishwasher for about an hour, he told me that the disposal was just getting backed up and nothing was wrong with the dishwasher itself. Then he charged me an extra $31 because he had to test it. Does that make any sense? No. I will not be calling these guys again and would advise you not too in the first place. read more

These guys are great. Prompt, helpful, knowledgeable. The prices are fair and they are always honest. I have used them several times. I had one occasion where there was a slight mix up and they did not charge me at all. Great service. Call them! read more
