We had two problems to address: a leaky washing machine and a broken ice maker. Scheduling was a breeze and super transparent. There was no 20-hour window, where I was stuck at home waiting for a service pro. Instead, as promised, the guy called me that morning and we worked out a mutually agreeable time frame for him to come by. Thomas was on time and efficient. He got right to work , finding and fixing the source of the leak right away. It also took him no time to identify why our fridge ice maker was broken. Because they are authorized repair people, he has access to a whole database of makes, models and parts for a wide range of appliances. Within moments, he figured out what we needed and had written up a detailed estimate of how much it would cost to order the part and repair it. Thomas and his team stayed in touch over the next few days to confirm the part had arrived and to schedule a time for him to come install it. When the stove was delivered the transport company left it at the end of my driveway.
