I have dealt with this company for months now I had a motor swap the mechanic tried to steal parts off of the motor that I had taken out I needed that motor back and it's complete state finally we went back and got it and we got the extra parts received a vehicle with a check engine light on took it to another location and I was just to drive it the way it is and they only consider repairing that if it has sentimental value. that location they told me that was on Telfair Road in Augusta Georgia person's name is well I went to pick up the vehicle they gave it back to me with a flat tire and no dropped it off the tire was fine and I had 3/4 tank what they did that are fixing it they drove it around I asked for paperwork I didn't get anything they just said it was running rich so I took it to Honda to have a look at told me the motor the rear was broken and the actuator was malfunctioning to take it back to C&C automotive since they did the work they needed to fix it. So I did I spoke with Megan at the Jefferson Highway location in Warrenville I dropped it off I took a picture of the dash verify for myself if it had been moved or if they've driven it etc. at this time prior to dropping it off I changed the MAP sensor that resolved in the check engine light going off a simple fix. When I went back to pick it up after receiving a phone call from the general manager who stated again just to drive it as it is there's no reason to put any money into the vehicle well it's a 2006 Honda Odyssey the motor has 48,000 miles on it I'm at the time of my life where I am not looking for a car payment or high automobile insurance with registration expense. The general manager told me they took it into the at it ran codes and there's nothing they can fix just to drive it the way it is. I asked if they had transportation they said no so I spent money Uber there got dropped off got the keys to pick it up took another screenshot of the dash they did not bring the vehicle in the garage to look at I have no transportation waiting on them to fix it so instead of them looking at it and fixing the rear motor mount due to the malfunction of the actuator that paid for all brand new motor mounts I was not shocked that they thought I'd be stupid enough not to take a photograph upon dropping it off verifying the mileage the gas tank do not recommend this company as they are a scam they will rip you off to you straight to your face don't go there read more

If I could select no stars I would, I took my car in hoping to find some answers on what was going on with my vehicle. Instead of providing clarity on the issue they told me I needed a brand new engine costing 10 thousand dollars plus the labor and assembly costing 8200. Basically the price of a brand new vehicle, good thing I took my car to the dealership to get a second opinion only to find out my car needed a completely differently problem that cost me 85 percent less. UPDATE....CROOKS! So after my initial review, my car was still having the same issue. We have an older model of the same car, my husband told them what he thought was wrong and he was pretty sure of himself. Of course they didn't listen and said we only needed a battery at this point... Of course that is not covered under warranty. So once again, more money out of pocket for no reason. The third time, YES a THIRD time, it had to go in... They had it for several days and finally realized it was the starter, as my husband first told them. Arlin contacted our warranty company but refused to go with the starter they wanted to provide. He wanted us to purchase a $600 starter from them when Nissan, the actual dealership, sells a brand new one for $478. The warranty company wanted to provide a $210 starter, we were fine with that, that is what our warranty Company is for! To LOOK OUT FOR US and that's exactly what they did, thank goodness for them. Instead of being charged an extra $500 by C and C we only had to pay the hundred dollar deductible, which should have been done from the get go. Of course, Arlin wasn't digging that, nor would he pick up the phone when I called back... I was on hold for over 36 minutes! Highly unacceptable on all accounts. Finally after a week, I got my car back. If you want to get ripped off, go ahead and use these guys... Never again will we take a vehicle there!!!! I was having an issue with my car not wanting to start on occasion... Still had a minimum warranty which C&C took care of directly without any hassle. They also were able to get to my car sooner than expected, that was a bonus. Luckily I had nothing major wrong and happy they didn't try to get more money out of us than necessary. Bad experience, car overheating instead of finding the problem they wanted me to replace everything costing over $1300 replaced Radiator, Thermostat, Upper/Lower hose, flushed engine block They even wanted me to replace a couple things that had been replaced less than a year prior, water pump, timing belt Spent the $1300, had to take car back in 3 times because it was STILL overheating, got the owner Aaron involved and he found out it was just the $50 plastic recovery tank that was the problem. Service advisors such as David who I dealt with, get a commission for the unnecessary parts they pressure you into purchasing, by telling you THEY WILL NOT warranty the work they do unless you replace ALL the parts they recommend. Luckily, I recorded all our conversations. For some place that I believed to have a good reputation, Very Bad Experience, paid $1200 more that it cost to fix the overheating issue I was having. I looked the tech in the face and told him not to roll my driver window down. I even put a stik-it note on the inside driver window glass, that said don't roll the driver window down. Ashley told me , after i waited an hour and a half, that the tech rolled the window down. Ashley said he rolled it down out of habit. I hope he doesn't smoke. So they, not the tech, disconnected my window from the motor, with alot of banging and pounding, not professional. They did have a good laugh while they were 'fixing " my window. There are plenty of professional auto repair shops. Please don't take your car here, if you value it. read more

I went there twice for diagnostics on my car's A/C. The first time, they couldn't find the problem but when I got my car back, they put my dash back on crooked and could only tell me the issue was electrical and I'd have to pay more to find the issue. At a later date, I brought my vehicle back for an electrical diagnosis and the email inquiry reply said my diagnostic would be $65 but when I got there, they charged me over $130 and they still couldn't find the problem and they also left a relay from my car laying on the hood near my windshield wipers. After two trips here, no diagnosis, an incorrectly put back together car, and over $200 wasted on diagnoses that produced nothing, I wouldn't recommend anyone bring their car here. I've been going to C&C for several years. They are super friendly and professional. I love getting a AAA discount and that they shuttle me to work when I drop off for oil change. I think Aaron Clements takes true pride in his business and appreciate that he takes to the air waves on the weekends for free car advice. I haven't had prefect service there. They goofed up an oil change on my Prius once but using too much oil. I ended up taking to dealership and they explained what happened. It took a little convincing for them to fix it, but in the end they did the right thing. read more

I rate this place a one because I can't rate them a zero, I took my car in because my brakes were squealing, I was told by the service writer that the noise was coming from the rear and that I needed to replace my rotors and brakes, I had just replaced rotors and brakes 6 months earlier but I was told my slotted rotors was the problem, I really didn't think so but was tired of the noise, I was quoted a price of four hundred and fifty dollars, they put regular rotors on the back of my car, so now I'm riding around with slotted rotors on the front and regular rotors on the back, I'm sure that rate is not even typical shop rates, as I overheard a so called tech ask the service writer who's name I think may be David how much were they going to charge a customer for some work she wanted done, and David said an extremely high price,glanced at me and told the tech no I'm just kidding, let me come out and take a look, almost sure when he went out to discuss it they charged her that high price, but when my car was completed the squealing didn't stop, still squealing and I must now find a much better place to repair it correctly, and put my slotted rotors back on, if you're in the mood to pay for an updated version of the old caddilac place and to be overcharged for something you don't need by all means take your car here, but if you want honesty, and a job done right for a fair price, find somewhere elese to take your car, I'm a disabled senior and need to spend wisely, got me once but not again karma is a beast and it comes quickly, they should be ashamed of themselves, will never go back to them, do your research. read more

I have worked with this location and the location on Wrightsboro road for over two years. My recent experience with the Wrightsboro Road location was so exceptional that I had to rave! I have a newborn and recently my clutch went out while driving in a bad part of town and being a new momma, I panicked. The C & C tow guy (same for both locations) promptly came out to met me and waited with me because he didn't want me to be left alone with a newborn in that area. They had my clutch replaced a day later and some how saved me $350 from their original quote. After they were done fixing my SUV (and washing it) they drove it to my house because they new I couldn't get there any other way. Everyone from my first phone call, to the tow truck guy, to the service center representative were so kind and helpful! I have never had one bad thing to say about this company (either locations) and I am so grateful for all of their assistance! I highly recommend them for anything! read more

Dropped car of for diagnostics wensday. Never got a call. I had to call them. "Can't find the problem" but found other issues that need to be fixed. Say that they will continue looking for the issue. Then I get a call 10 minuites before they close on Friday saying they still can't figure it out. And that if I want my car over the weekend I'll have to come pick it up within the next ten minuites. Seriously? Screw these guys. And they insist I pay 100$ for diagnostics when they couldn't even diagnose the problem. read more

Long story short... Super bad day... Blew my tire on my corvette going to work. Ruined the rim. I live south so I'm not exactly in the mix of things and I'm super new to the area. I was referred to C&C by a friend (he has a vette too; they are the only ones he let's work on it). They sent their tow guy (not a random AAA guy) & towed it on a flat bed with ramps. They let me keep it there for over a week while I had new rims shipped and they were honest and kind and didn't rip me off. I feel confident in their work and would highly recommend them. Took Odyssey in because rear shocks were leaking and to get power steering and brake flushes. Vehicle wasn't making any noises before they started repairs. Upon completion, rear right of Odyssey makes noises when going over speed bumps. Returned to C&C twice & the techs claimed they do not hear the noises. I was told by another source that the bolts/screws were installed upside down, even though that's not what's causing the noises. No more C&C for me. read more
