In fact, in my review I stated that all I asked for was the curtesy to let me know you'd decided you were no longer interested in the job. I left a voicemail, asking if you'd decided not to do it. It would not have required you to drop anything to take less than 30 seconds to reply to the text I had sent with the photos and say you were no longer interested. That would have demonstrated a level of professionalism and common courtesy that should be a cornerstone of your business. Instead, you decide to respond to this review three years later with a passive-aggressive reply that only serves to make you look incredibly unprofessional. No part of my review was unreasonable, and the resolution that I said I hoped for was completely fair. Sending a text message would not have endangered your life or your health, but it would have gone a long way to showing that you're a decent person who cares about doing right by people, even when you aren't going to take the job.

As of now, spring, the majority of cracks that were supposed to be sealed are now open again allowing water to enter. Seems that they were only covered, to conceal crack, and not filled. Instead of removing the stones/rocks/bricks they dumped them further back in the woods on the property, hoping that I would not notice. Workers were smoking pot, eating pizza and hanging out instead of working. They remained on the property (not working) late into the evening, which made me uncomfortable. No supervision. Owner promised to make it right but never did. He stopped returning calls and responding to messages. I paid for a service that was not completed and actually made worse by their actions.
