Called on a random Tuesday evening like 44 minutes before close for a gel mani and they told me to come right in. They were super nice, very warm and welcoming, which is hard to get at a nail salon these days. Got a regular gel polish mani. My tech was super speedy, asked questions during to make sure I was happy with everything, and did a great job. The place is a little dated/dingy, but I don't even care bc of such a lovely service. I messed up my pedicure on Saturday. It was destroyed...long story! It was 5:45 pm and I started to call around. They answered the phone and said come on in...even though they close at 6pm! This was appreciated!!! The pedicure was good. Just a basic pedicure! Reasonably priced and the salon was clean. I am a little spoiled...and I have a great regular girl. Had a manicure and pedicure done here yesterday . Didn't pay attention to my nails when I left other then I liked the color. Today I looked at the job done to them and manicure the paint is to thick and pedicure same. Hadn't been there in years and thought I would try them again. Definitely, will not go back again. I got my nails done here a couple of months ago. I showed the tech a picture of a french fade full set and she just glued on tips and put a layer of clear acrylic over my nails and shaped them with a hand file. then used nude polish. There was no use of an electric file to clean up under them or smooth out the top. I was ok with it because i liked the natural look but as soon as i got home, air bubbles started to form in the acrylic and they started to lift and break two days later. And the acrylic started to turn yellow. I also realized that the acrylic was lumpy and uneven and there were little bits of acrylic hanging over the edges of some of my nails . I went back to get the broken ones fixed and asked that she trim the nails down as they were too long. She did not reshape them after so they were all uneven and shaped slightly different. Very disappointed! The man who did my mani/pedi rushed me through. He did not push my cuticles back, and did very little massage on my feet and none on my hands. When I complained to him, he said that the massage was him spreading a little lotion on my hands then having me immediately go wash it off. Save your money!! read more

I had a gift certificate to get my manicure done for free for my senior prom this year at this specific nail salon. At that time, this was my first time getting a manicure. The guy who did my nails was nice and he complimented me on how my nails looked. The service was really nice. I got a French manicure when I was there and he did a great job. I have been to this nail salon twice now. The first time I had a great experience. The woman who did my mani/eyebrows was really nice and gave me a parafin dip on my hands. However, the second time I went back, the experience was confusing. When I walked in, there were two technicians there and they were both already working on customers. I signed up for a mani/pedi and waited while two more customers walked in the door. Eventually, one of the technicians set me up at the pedi chair with my feet in the water. Yes, it was nice for the first five minutes to relax, but after sitting with my feet in the water for a half hour, after the same technician left the lady she was working on to help one of the regulars who came in after me, and after I was completely ignored and wrinkled from waiting, I decided to leave. If you're too busy to help me, just tell me to come back. Don't leave me to stew for a half hour and work on people who came in after me. I just thought it was rude and confusing. I won't be back, which is a shame because the lady who helped me the first time (who wasn't there the second time) was really great. Oh well. Too many other options to keep trying here. PS.
