The wait wasn't long (but I was there in the early afternoon on a weekday on an icy, snowy day, when some people may still have been hunkered down indoors), but I'd recommend making a reservation, since they're not a large nail salon and didn't seem to have as many staff members as other nail salons. But it was clean and comfortable, and they were playing great music. My nails look great - shaped perfectly, painted carefully. They took their time to make sure my nails looked great. They were friendly, and they offer plenty of paint options (I had plenty of dip options to choose from). Really a good place for a mani or pedi. I'd be happy to return.

Unfortunately, it wasn't. The same abbreviated service again. I also got a gel manicure this time. The nail tech was super sweet and friendly. The dry cuticle care left my cuticles shredded. The description of the gel manicure mentions a lotion massage, but what I received was just a few drops of cuticle oil after curing the polish -- definitely not the same thing. Hannah is a true professional and artist. She has introduced me to so many gorgeous designs, colors, etc. I'll come in with a picture of what I want and she duplicates it perfectly. It's hard to find techs that can be consistent with services. I'm blessed to have found 3! I appreciate Christine for accommodating me today! I had a nail break yesterday and almost was going to have to find someone else to do my nails but she was able to squeeze me right in. She gets it right every time!!!! The shop is always clean...her husband did my pedicure today. It was ok... a little pricey for pedi but I'm happy with my nails. Give them a try!
