Wednesday came and went no furniture. Called on Thursday and we were not scheduled as of yet. So much for their promised delivery date. Thursday came and went without delivery and without promised follow up calls or email replies. Called two times on Friday never able to get a confirmed delivery time. Was told that they would call an hour before arrival, was never called they just showed up. They then stated that they would pick up tables and chairs on Sunday and to just leave them on the front lawn. Well as you might guess Sunday no pick up, Monday no pick up, I called on Tuesday and they assured me they would pick it up. Wednesday equipment is still here. Obviously they cannot meet their delivery schedule if they can't even pick up their equipment in a timely manner. This is such a poorly run business I would not recommend this company to anyone.

When I mentioned that I was purchasing this for homebrewing, I was not treated any differently. I was treated with respect and even got some useful information. I ended up chatting with Sam for around 15 minutes about random things. The "mom and pop" atmosphere is definitely strong here. They treat you as if no one is more important than anyone else. I will definitely be coming back here to get my tank filled when needed.

We reserved a 4-person golf cart to shuttle guests at a funeral/memorial service. We arrived with our personal trailer only to learn the cart wasn't operational and needed service. Why didn't they call us to talk about any options earlier in the week? Tool Time had a 6-person cart available but it was too big for our trailer. They first wanted to rent us a trailer but agreed to waive the fee given the situation. Turns out the 6-person cart had a loose belt and the transmission kept slipping. It was unreliable enough that we ended up switching to a personal car. We just returned the cart. The crew who checked us in confirms the cart didn't work (thank you, Ed!) but I still had to fight to get any money credited to my card. Hearing "equipment breaks" and "someone used it last week without any issues" is frustrating. Of course, equipment fails, but it would be less likely if it were maintained properly in the first place.

We had a lift truck repaired by Mac's. They used refurbished parts. I assume they did not give back…read morethe old parts because they must have used them for a core charge return. The refurbished parts did not last long and we had the same issues again. They charged us to redo the repair with a lengthy rental charge while they were fixing our machine. I would request parts back (I believe state law requires it) and ask for a warranty on repairs/parts if you deal with them. This was a very expensive lesson learned.

They told me I was a bad transformer and could not be repaired and attempted to to sell me a $450 used unit. I came to pick up my old unit and they kept trying to convince me to give them the old unit and they would refund th $45 dollar fee. I declined. They took 15 minutes to bring me back my old unit. When I got it back i discovered the controller card had been taken from my old unit. When confronted about it they said "I don't see why all the fuss over a scrap charger" then returned my control card. I reinstalled the card and took the charger to Earls Battery Service in Fraser, MI. They gave me a loaner unit to use why they checked my unit. They called me the next business day to tell me my charger was repaired. It was a bad wire and cost me $80 dollars. Mac service in my opinion is a very dishonest company and will try to rip you off
