They performed work for me in 2023. They are very good at eliminating termites. They are very bad at performing the rest of the task of a true termite report.. which sometimes means repairing or removing damaged wood. I've been a Realtor for more than 30 years and have never come across a termite company who can't complete or doesn't work with someone who can complete, the section 1 work. They told me that they won't work with me anymore because I brought this fact up to them. The owner became extremely rude. I would cancel if I didn't already pay the initial 125 for my monthly service. Warren the technician came out less than a month ago for spiders and ants and then I found one alive in my closet. So I scheduled 5 days ago to get another spray between 12-2 today. Well that apparently would be too big an inconvenience for warren, so he decided to change it to 3-5 today with a voicemail left in the morning. So they figure everything needs to go around there schedule and no one else has to do stuff apparently. So I got here at noon as my proper planning allowed, and have been her over three hours waiting for him to think it's convenient to come now. And on top of that, I tried for over an hour to contact them and the receptionist never picked up. If you want an exterminator that changes the schedule the day of, and a receptionist who never feels like answering the phone, you want these guys. If you want exterminators who actually care about there customers, avoid these guys like the plague. Update: I cancelled. They charged me for coming back out even though they assured me they do so for free if the problem isn't taken care of. The receptionist is rude beyond measure, and even the exterminator told me she was a moron when he did finally show up. It seems all the problems boil down to the incompetent person behind the phone. C&D, if you guys want to change your image and get more customers, fire your receptionist. read more

I was referred by the management company we use for our cabin on Bigbear. I contacted this company for a rodent problem we have. They just went once to put traps. The second time they supposed to come back I spoke with the owner and he didn't gave me any answer They don't comunícate with you. The owner was very rude and hung up on me when I mentioned to her that I'm not happy with the service. I'm waiting for over a week for an email that they supposed to send it. Horrible customer service, very rude people. I just wasted my money and my time with this company. Now we have to hire someone else to help us with this issue. Stay away from them. read more

Lousy attitude. Their staff graduated from the same 'Public Relations' school as did the United Airlines flight attendants. Refused to complete our contract because they sent their inspector to my property without verifying access, yet knowing I am based a 2.5 hour drive from the property. being in the medical service business, during covid-19, i am painfully aware of the obstacles that can be placed between job start and job completion. everything and anything can go wrong. in that environment, irene and warren did everything right. communication and scheduling issues (at the client end), access issues, and even power failures did not stop these guys. they went the extra mile to get a complete job, with complete documentation, done on time, and as promised. the service business is rough. it takes grit, determination, and a drive to do things right, regardless of the obstacles. irene and warren are obviously dedicated professionals. they get the job done, in spite of the hardships along the way. thank you for your dedication to the service business. we will use and highly recommend you in the future!!! greg&carolyn read more

Save your money do not use this company. I was referred to this company by the management company for our cabin in Big Bear. They charged me a fee to seal up our place and then an additional fee to check the place monthly. After calling them to question how well they sealed the place up because I was continuing to find dead rodents in the traps that I had to empty out they would blame my renters for leaving the doors open. I called out another company today and they confirmed my suspicions. They found several openings where rodents could enter and no evidence of any work that was done to seal up my place. Plus traps that had been triggered but not reset. When I called them about bat droppings their solutions was to just seal up the beam to catch the droppings never mind getting rid of the bats! Don't use them save your money! read more

Can't say to quality of control yet (will update that in a few months) but the customer service is very very good. I could tell a family run company by the friendliness and helpful attitude . I am down the hill and moving back up soon and so I am really relying on people up there to be my eyes and ears, so far everyone (almost!!) has been so amazing including C & D about working with me on this.
