The situation was a bit of a unique case in that I had converted a sunroom into a second bedroom and there were some areas that were not finished well enough so it allowed for space for the rats to get in between the roof I put over the top and the mesh sunroom original finish. I do have guests staying frequently in that room so it had become absolutely not usable by the time they'd made their nests with night noises and, unfortunately, droppings. I am an animal lover so asked Michael if he could remove them without killing them and not only did he do that but he re-did the ceiling so it actually looks far better than before and even added a really beautiful rustic trim. Disappointing after 10+ years as a customer…read more After more than 10 years of using Frazier Pest Control for both my home and business, I'm extremely disappointed with how my account was handled. The card on file for my business stopped processing, which I was completely unaware of. I continued paying for my home service and would have immediately updated the card and paid the balance had I known. Instead, three $55 services accumulated and my account was sent to collections. What is especially frustrating is that my voicemail greeting provides my email address. One simple email could have resolved the entire situation. Management has since acknowledged that their communication efforts could have been stronger. I will gladly pay what I owe--this was never about avoiding a bill. As a local business owner myself, I simply would not handle a loyal customer this way. Unfortunately, after 10+ years, I've canceled my services and will take my business elsewhere. My reply to below response : Thank you for responding, but I do want to clarify a few things. My business relocated next door over a year ago and the address remained exactly the same, so the relocation has nothing to do with this issue. We are talking about only three months of missed payments. You state that multiple voicemails were left, yet my voicemail clearly says I respond by text or email and provides my email address. If repeated attempts were made to contact me, I don't understand how that information was missed. However, when the technician arrived, they quoted me $715 and didn't honor that agreement--so I essentially ended up paying $150 just for someone to stand in my home for 5 minutes. Because I had already sunk the $150 into the visit, I felt stuck and felt like I had no choice but to just pay the higher amount to get the job done. While the service itself was fine, the communication felt misleading. Just a heads-up to future customers: make sure to get your initial quote details and promotional offers in writing before they show up.
